Although I discovered virginia flakes for myself this year I stil love to smoke aromatics sometimes.

Poul Winslow No.1 for example. But the "virgina flake department" is my favourite at the moment: W O. Larsen No. 32, Peterson University flake, The Three Nuns etc..

Very nice paintings. In the portraits of your friends, I can see how you see them; it really shows through in your work.

I like black cavendish. I get too much tongue bite from the vanilla; it burns hotter than other aromatics. I'm glad you like it, though.

Instead of having lots of pipes, I just have one good homemade pipe. I made it out of an oak branch that fell down after a storm came through my town. I would like to show you pictures of it and get your opinion.

I loved watching your video, Ana. Your accent is very beautiful and a woman smoking a pipe is so attractive! You art is lovely and I hope you enoy doing it. That Danish Black Vanilla sounds gorgeous and I think I have to start pipe smoking again, soon. I did it when I was growning up, still at school - my friends and I would hide in the bush and smoke pipes and I tried many different tobaccos. Blend Eleven, an American one was my favourite, but it has been taken off the market.

Wonderful paintings! On the topic of inspiration, do you do other subjects besides portraits? If not, try some abstract or surreal paintings. I like to take an emotion like happiness or fear and try to portray that in my art.
