one thing that was impressive in newquay was the abundance of surf shops, in portrush here in NI we have 2 shops in a whole flamin town, not good enuf people dont realise how good NI is for surfing...... people here are much more accepting of every type of surfing, i shurf both board and surf kayak and bodyboard and no-one has ever said anything lol :P
