It's only my opinion but I think the Big 12 is over rated. Texas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma are the only good teams in conference while the Big 10 has Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Northwestern is a good team too even though they lost. Big 12 may be better towards the bottom of the conference.

Big 12 may be better bottom wise but eliminating Texas, the Big 10 is a better conference top wise. Top Big 12 Teams besides Texas are: Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Top Big 10 teams besides Ohio State are: Iowa, Penn State, Wisconsin, and under rated Northwestern. Out of these 8 teams, I think the Big 10 teams are stronger though that's my opinion.
