yeah, great pic (and airline lol). I use a JVC everio (not sure which model) but yeah, it has 40x optical zoom, but anything past 35x zoom and it goes kinda fuzzy. It's a hardrive camcorder by the way

I will most definitely be going spotting at LGA. I know a GREAT spot and you get really good shots of the aircraft! JFK, maybe.... there are a lot of spots but I just need to figure out how to get there and such... If you go to nycaviation(dot)com and go to spotting maps they have all these airports and spotting areas
