cphdotdk dont worry about that. Hypnosis is just a state of mind, and you will return to normal.

There's mostly 2 diffrent ways this happens, when in relaxed deep state if the hypnotists stops talking to you , you either fall asleep or get back to normal shortly after.

the hypnotists simly just guides you thruu it and ur brain will never do anything that it wont satisfie with.. the hypnotists only gives suggestion , and like a bad dream , if u dont apply to it , you might wake up right away.

I'm very jealous. Was every one of these students successfully hypnotized to forget their names? Any exceptions? I doubt it would work on me although I want it to happen. It's never worked on me in shows or via internet. I'm making my first appt. next week for a one on one session, so hopefully that may work. I'm 55 and have always wanted to know what it's like to be under hypnosis.

What amuses me about this video is how the guy in the pink shirt sits awkwardly while waiting for the "trance bridge" (there's the ericksonian in me) to break down before asking for her name.

I have always been nervous to "let go" an go into trance!The idea that someone can "install" things in my brain without me having the "filter" freaks me out. How does it actually work?What if you don't "get them back to normal" sort to speak. Plz eleborate a bit, since I really want to try to go into trance and just let go!Thx for sharing your video..funny stuff:)

My passion is therapy and helping people to live a more passionate fulfilling life. However i am trained in stage hypnosis. I think stage hypnosis is very valuable as most hypnotherapists cant hypnotize. So if you intergate the two as a whole. Inductions and confidence of stage hypnosis and the theraputic values and intentions of therapy you get powerful results. Why do you ask?

The best way to learn anything is in a fun way, I try to make the therapy side fun, as it gets results very quick and its learnt easier and quicker.

I am glad you have enjoyed it, we did. I was the camara man and i couldnt keep it still from laughing so much!

Your an excellent teacher, i could imagine if you done a tutorial (not sure whether tutorial is the right word in this case lol) we'd all learn very fast
