  • What if they got Hijacked LOL!!!!

  • @george1997green Oh shit!!!! LOL!!! Innersteller war!!!

  • We have a National Guard Armory but for the first time ever we saw 27 army tanks being transported by a csx engine & it didn't stop nor leave anywhere near the armory. It was passing through & all were od green. It stopped behind the floodwall for about 20 minutes & when it came out in the open again there was a bunch of old empty freight cars added on at the end.

  • were was this at?

  • @MultiMillitary Litchfield IL

  • hey... that warbonnet should get some enthusiasm also... great catch

  • windy

  • LOT of fire power

  • In regard to a previous comment posted here, if they were in fact USMC tanks, they most assuredly would not be on a freight train, more likely to be in a current theater of battle doing what they do best... SEMPER FI

  • thats alot how could we ever lose

  • @az0976528

Because we have a bunch of pussies in the Government and they listen to the 10 people who for some reason seem to think that if we minded our own business everyone would leave us alone... and they don't understand that the enemy HATES our way of life, its not anything we did to them, they hate us for who we are, and if we didn't fight em over there, we would be fighting em here.

  • is watching train's go bye just a hobby of yours, or do you have some type of a job with the rail road co. ??

  • @1916army Just a hobby, buddy.

  • @CQDX018 cool, there's an abandoned rail road track across the road from where i live, i remember being able to hear the horn blow in the middle of a summer night, and fell the rumble through my chest.

  • wow how many were them?

  • Also why does everyone say army wtf army tanks just say military tanks they could've been usmc for all you know sorry but that pissis me off

  • @stratagie1 I'm glad you took the time out of your day to write this comment! LOL!

  • @CQDX018 NO probs mate i am in a-stan right now got as much time as i wont lol

  • @stratagie1

Chill man...It is nothing wrong to call them "Army Tanks". Look up the dictionary dude, the word "Army" embraces several meanings, it can be referred to either "A Country's Military" or "Ground Forces". Also, the synonym of "Army" is "Military", hence they comprise the same metaphor in this situation. I know you're pissed, but don't be a highfalutin maven.

  • @wilzchau Chill man i was a little rant as i'm in the Us Marines so you know i was just thinking wtf army nah marines hoorah

  • @stratagie1

Oh nice, one of my relatives is in USMC too. He lives in New York but he receives trainings in California.

  • @wilzchau Yeah well i'm actually deployed at Kandahar right now also there is a bit more but it comes under opsec you understand

  • @stratagie1 It's just what people think, and actually, they aren't ARMY tanks anyways (unless this was pre-1990), they are most likely National Guard tanks. Main stream military re-painted their thanks to the desert scheme around the time of the Gulf War.

  • @bricub72 Yeah i think i over reacted it's just i hate the way anything military is always army for example oh it's a army plane or army man.

  • they all look pretty old, maybe they're original M1s taken to be scrapped? I cant tell whether the guns are 105s or 120s.

  • Actually, they are Navy tanks, the next train will have the Air Force tanks, not sure when the Coast Guard Tanks are going to come through though................WOW, Army Tanks? Really?

  • @skatecubed lol thank you

  • I remember this dayy!!!!!!!!!!

  • trains would run shit if you strapped a bunch of cannons to them

  • cool how many tank.

  • holy shit was the train nuclear powered???that shits heavy ass fuck

  • If the military was bothered they would have covered them up.

  • That was a fuckload of tanks.

  • It kinda cool, the enginner and brakman/conductor all have to have a major back ground check when operating this train.

  • they look like m1a2 abrams are they i cant tell

  • No soldiers guarding the shipment?

  • @Lotormaster chances are the tanks aren't functional as they sit, I'm sure there's a piece or incompletion to the tank for transport.

  • @Lotormaster From what? This is being moved inside the mainland USA, so its not like there's some enemy that's going to blow up the train.

  • @SteamboatWilley No one thought terrorists would hit the twin towers though did they

  • get him pounding track and he'd be sick of army tanks... or unless hes as messed up as some people, he'd get even more excited about them...

  • Boom boom fire powa!

  • nice video !

  • cool! trains and tanks both my fav :)

  • @thetraingirl1995 I am glad you enjoyed! :)

  • @CQDX018 setup sum sinpers and train spoters and a gng can ambush that train

  • Thats a ton of tanks (do they need that many?)

  • In what country would we fight a war with these tanks? they are forest camo not desert camo. The only place I can think of is right here in the U.S. and it makes me wonder

  • I still love seeing this vid. That train has a lot of fire power. Just hope train would turn it guns on anyone.

  • Cool but your not supposed to film military trains

  • @metroliner89 It's public to the eye!

  • @CQDX018 To the eye just dont let BNSF see this video!

  • @metroliner89

Ha! Then they should put tarps over the whole load! It isn't like it is their money that they play with.

  • 30 billion dollar train, lol

  • i just moved to the staunton area this is amazing dude hope to see more from ya

  • @SWEwrestling Cool! You live in Staunton?

  • @CQDX018 yes thnx for the add

  • it was difficult to count, but that is approximately 75 tanks on that load...an impressive amount of weight to pull and stop!

  • hey man, how old are you? I can get you a job with the RR.

  • @Jaymz1265 I am 19 year's old my friend. Close to 20. You could really get me a job on the RR? :) It would be nice! RR'ing has always been a passion of mine, sir.

  • nice catch!

  • train full of M1A2s. All I've ever seen on the UP is HMMWVs and Bradleys and deuces.

  • "ARMY TANKS! SWEET!"

I laughed so hard. Nice catch. Must be heading out of Lima.

  • for the love of god son, why didnt you go jump up on that thing? awesome!!

  • I wonder how high that train would rank if it was placed on a "most powerful nations" list....

  • Very nice set. Is this a quite zone?

  • wow!

  • KaaaBooom!!! Awsome man! Thats alot of fire power. Great catch 5**

  • I bet ther is over a trillian dollars wirth of tanks

  • shut up

  • Does Steve have a YouTube?

  • I don't think so.

  • OMG :))

  • nice h2 gevo

  • Comment removed

  • LOL @ Cameraman

    "AAARRMMYYY TTAANNNKKSS!!! SSSWWEEEETTTT!!!"

Your excitement excuses your train filming mistakes ;)

  • That is just too cool. I love tanks, and I love trains! 5/5 and favorited!

  • what model engine is that because i heard that bnsf bought 1 and only 1 ac6000 to use for the government on highly classified top secret missions. from more then 10 people i heard that from. idk if they have proof of it but all i know is that its rare and its used for the government and only for the government,

  • BNSF 7721 is a ES44DC, sir.

  • thank you sir.

  • the only good thing about the way you cam is that it showed the front of the tanks and i admit they are really cool

  • You SUCK!!! at filming!!! You should have shown the train coming towards you too. Instead you just show them going away from you.

You ARE A SAD EXCUSE FOR A FILMER...

  • I appreciate the cirtizism but, 1. the sun was pointed eastbound and pointing it in that direction (train coming to me) makes it shadowie there for most of it I point it in the opposite direction. Lastly, I take videos for myself ...I am happy with my work and I am not here to show off to anyone. But...I will say, learn more about filming directions before puting such a forward opinion which is oblivious.

  • nice video, "tanks" a lot!!

  • ARMY TANKS, SWEET!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL.. Very enthusiastic about trains and tanks. must not see military stuff much....

  • Yes, how often do you see this many tanks on one train? LOL.

  • Say hello to your tax dollars folks...your money well spent on the destruction of humanity.

  • TRAIN OF DEATH!!! Nananannaaaaa

  • We just got done loading up over 70 tanks, 150 humvess, and 100 bradleys to prepare for our upcoming mission. It was an experience watching them drive those tanks up on the cars, and them taking the entire train out to the interchange.

  • Does'nt sound like a " mission " sounds like your gearing up for a WW3. 70 tanks? 100 bradleys? That's your division alone, who knows how many more of these things have been deployed, all i know is it's definetly more than a " mission "

  • You could say that... Lol

  • Hey Kevin! You say that is a train with some fire power... Lol

  • 22nd Infantry, we're about to embark on our most dangerous mission.

  • hopefully not here in the usa that would most defiantly be dangerous

  • Sadly it is. They've been statiioning armor divisions and massive amounts of army and national gaurd soldiers all over the US. They have them doing drills right out in the highway, and setting up roadblocks.

  • Hes a little to excited

  • if they were headed for illinois that means theyare going to be re outfitted as m1a2 abrams

  • 72 tanks....at roughly 70 tonnes each

that works out somewhere around 5000 tonnes

  • 5000 tones not counting the weight of the cars alone added to that

  • is filming this kind of train illegal?

  • No it is not. How can it be? It is a public train. If they did not want you to see it, they would not run it through the public eye. Anyone could of seen this, especially in heavy populated areas. Nothing they can do. Plus this video is older so who knows where these tanks are now.

  • Illinois is proud to have those behemoths coming in =)

  • M1 abram tanks :D they got there the whole Dutch army on 1 train XD

  • Yep! Plenty of Klumps on that baby!

  • yeah except for the fact that dutchies drive Leopards.

  • indeed haha but still... holland can´t bring that much tanks

  • that's some serious weight hauling there. wow

  • I counted 82!!

  • Tanks or cars. This is a reply to Chicagojoe28

  • Thats a ship , not a tank

  • Shut the fuck up ya hoser!

  • Those are very cool. Heck of a sight.

  • I work for BNSF up here in the Montana Division. You'd be suprised what might be seen on flatcar out in the middle of nowhere.

  • To answer an earlier comment on what these trains can haul (regarding military cargo that is). I was at a yard outside of Minneapolis and witnessed a BNSF unit headed by a consist of NS Dash 9s. The cars behind it were all loaded with military Humvees on open flats, but not dressed in camo(yet?). Even had the rotating turntables on top to allow for rocket launchers or survalence/tracking equipment to be mounted on them. There was about 10-15 cars total. The rest was your usual mixed frieght.

  • railfanning kinda brings the kid out in everyone

  • ARMY TANKS ! SWEEET ! LOL

i love when u say that man !

    great video :D

  • would you have been so happy if they were air force tanks?

  • I am happy with whatever I get! Those would be flabergastic though!

  • I'd kill for a Coast Guard Tank.

  • I love the military and think trains are intersesting, this is a good combo.

  • lol cool but you are a freak.

  • Fantastic Redneck Eating All Kinds.

  • 72 tanks.

  • ARMY TANKS! SWEEEET!!!!!,,,,,Oh BANG !!!!

  • thought so

  • good catch, no horn though, lol, do u know what kind of tanks those were?

  • Eat your heart out Guser! LOL! THEY ARE M1a2 ABRAMS!

  • Best thing I can say is, why do people like music? It just is something you enjoy. I can say I like it for the big machinery and how big the stuff is. I like planes and ships also. I think its amazing how such a heavy object can float and fly in air! I hope this helps my friend. Happy Holidays.

  • Woodland Camo, just exactly where are these going to be used? In that big old forest in the middle of iraq?

  • Just missed a short army tank train last night with a BNSF dash-9 leading.

  • oo sweet man

  • haha wow.... "ARMY TANKS!"

  • ehh horn?

  • M1A1's or M1A2's bout 65 tons no ammo looks like there ready to go. Great catch!

    Ryan

  • Awesome! Where was that? I want to know.

    Nice filming too!

  • Litchfield, ILL.

  • 72 tanks, say 63 tonnes each (they won't have fuel and ammo in) so thats about 4500 tons.

  • I don't know to much on trains but i do know abit on the M1A1 Abrams each wieghts 68 tonnes and there where tons of them on that train with only two engines thats some serious pulling power =D

  • 3 Engines actually :)

But yah, seriously, thats mighty impressive.

  • It's definately odd that they were painted in forest camo like that. Could there be some plan in the works to invade some other country now? or are they rotating into/out of some place like S. Korea or such?

  • Very nice....My dad loaded a bunch of them down in Fort McCoy Wi....Very nice catch man :)...Keep up the good work

  • THATS ALOT OF M1a2 ABRAMS idk if there going to the factory to get refurbished that i saw on the miltary channel or going to the frontlines

  • that factory would be here in lima ohio

  • well theres no need for these tanks to be refurbished they are in good shape no need to be shipped to Anniston Army depot. Chances are it was heading off to a base for training then to be sent out to Iraq

  • seen that bt on a cn line w/t a bn unit

  • warbound train^^ it drives on a ferry and then to the iraq^^

  • there are more tanks on that train than most countrys have^^

  • shame the enginner didnt blow the horn

  • Is this a former Santa Fe line or a former Burlington Northern Line Kevo?

  • BN, Ty.

  • Sweet indeed! Two of my favorite things at once! Lucky you! We dont see this in massachusetts. Thanks for sharing!

  • i know well you could if your lucky caTCH AN AWACK OR bomber engine goining to hanscom air foce base want to be ferinds

  • wow you really got excited! and sweet GEVO to add!

  • Awesome!!! Never seen those before! 5* and favourited!

  • There was a Santa Fe unit as the second unit. I wish it was the lead unit. I miss the Santa Fe railway.

  • Wow, that is awesome! What a great catch.

  • You get the best quotes of the year "Army Tanks... SWEET!"lol.

  • Do Freight Trains ever go into Area 51?? Just asking??? from my guess i think CSX and Union Pacific are the best railways!!!

  • I am not sure, it could, I know this one was headed up north and I am sure CSX does, I know they ran a Santa Train and a Circus train. Thats the only think I know they did this year. Army trucks, Army Tanks, Airplane wings, Jet enginers..etc. There is a huge amount of stuff that they can hall on these trains.

  • That is a really good question.. I heard that All the map sites were paid to not put area 51 on the map(for the satalite view) for the safety sake or something... I think that they use trains... because they are one of the safest ways to travel now and days.

  • what other kinds of military stuff do Freight Trains carry does CSX do anything special they seem like a real important Railway!!!

  • Great catch. Lucky! At least it came by during the daytime for you! Came by the house at about 11:20PM, so couldn't get enough light.

  • You lucky SOB. If there is something I like more than trains, it's military vehicles. And dang, a whole train of M1 Abrams! Good job! I was waiting a military train to come by but I don't know what happened to it, it probably ran Amtrak...

  • niceeee why didnt he honk?

  • Not required to at this crossing.

  • hmm i gotcha well take it easy

  • hmm i gotcha well take it easy

  • that was cool. whats with the buzzing on the video

  • Cell phone interference, LOL!

  • OMG so sweet. faved this one. OMG

  • "ARMY TANKS!!! SWEET!!!" Lol... XD

  • wow good catch kev
