I've been doing this for a while. You list 3 things in your environment or things that have happened that are postive.
You will find yourself walking around and thinking to yourself one day, and spontaneously searching for positive things, or seeing the positive side of something automatically.
Or maybe it's just that you become more concious about when it happens.
Since I've had some success with it, I will be continuing!
