No se puede ser preciso todo el tiempo en el ataque, pero si es posible en la creación de las jugadas...aunque implique mucha elaboración por eso pep quiere jugadores de buen pie y con recuperación de balón... suena tan fácil pero nunka vi tanta precisión como en este equipo, eso es gracias a sus calidades personales y a mucho trabajo posicional y a la obseción de un equipo técnico por una ideología.

You can compare this to tennis. Every other team tries to hit the winner straight away (ie punt it long, sprint as fast as they can to the goal with no end result). Barcelona plays a long and easy rally (passing) dragging the opponent out of position in order to create an easy winner (scoring opportunity). It's a 90 minute game, it takes a second to score a goal, what's the rush.
