when I was little we didn't have any money but my sister and I never let that stop us. We once built a doll house, about that size, out of cardboard, it freakin had a better elevator than that one. Another time we built one out of 4 decks of cards. Honestly, it's so much better to let kids use their imagination and create arts and crafts :)
