The problem with Guild Wars is that the incentive to keep playing just doesn't last long enough. You can level to 20 in a day, max gear possibly before then, and create a killer hero team that will have you done with the game in less than a month. I paid $40 for all 3 campaigns and GW:EN and played for about 2 months. 20 bucks a month hardly seems worth it now... I may have put a lot more money into WoW total, but at least it lasted 5 years.

That monthly fee is worth paying for. Everything about the game is good. People (mostly non-players and little immature brats) keep complaining about the graphics. Well, they aren't the BEST, but they don't gouge out your eyes. And in fact the graphics are quite nice. With some bright colors. But if graphics is the thing that stops you from playing it, then you my friend have problems.
