kid that said all you have to do is sprall, if you do the HC right (deep penetration, head up, and hips under you) then either your opponent isnt able to sprall or they sprall right over you, making it even easier to finish

yeah its decent for JV wrestling .too bad all some one has to do is sprall, and cow catch, or flipper, then ure fucked, if your not good at bottom. personally i think the best takedown has to be either a bearhug ( i luv the UGGH ) or a japanese wizard
