why dont ppl actually learn how to ride before they go training any horses. this person should have been guiding the horses head around to get movement not smacking him on the butt. Stupid HUMANS!
and just to add.. YOU ARE WAY TOO FUCKING BIG AND FAT TO RIDE THAT LITTLE HORSE. GET THE FUCK OFF OF IT AND STAY OFF...... GAH, I SWEAR PEOPLE ARE SUCH FUCKING MORONS.
This is quite possibly one of the worst 'training jobs' I have ever seen, this horse is WAY too young, and your horse clearly doesnt know the 'go' command, hitting it with a stick ISN'T HOW TO TEACH IT TO MOVE DUMBA33!! Plus the rider can't stay on and didnt know how to stop the terrified little thing, AND the getting caught in the reins... GAH you just ruined a horse for the rest of its life. NEVER try 'training' a horse again!
Hey, Hector McFatass, you're too big for that "young" (let me guess, less than 2?) horse, and you have absolutely no idea what the f*ck you're doing. Do the poor horse a favor and give it to someone with at least one functioning brain cell.
all i can say is that HE CANT RIDE oh and HE DESERVED IT and POOR HORSE oh and 1 more thing HE SHOULDNT WHIP A HORSE LIKE THAT i dont even use a crop!
Ugh! It gets me so mad when people whip their horses on their hindquarters. Well duh it's gonna buck you off. When you whip a horse there, you're teaching it to buck!
@justine8172 I agree my horses all do that (except for my lazy butt pony who I love with all my heart) Well not ALL my heart I need some for my other horses, my family, peaches... nevermind but I do agree
@justine8172 A horse will more likely buck getting kicked in the ribs than getting swatted on the hind it more scares a horse than hurt them getting swatted on the hind. And its quite simple a horse is basicly like a little kid they will get a whoopen when they disobey you.
easier said tehn done it looked like the man was trying to recover from almost falling off but that is tyhe right thing to do but he looked like he was ready for the bolt and almost fell off and then he was trying to regian when the horse started bucking
ich versteh so welche leute nicht wiso müssen die ein pferd bestrafen man sieht doch das es den reiter nicht versteht ich hoff der reiter hat sich da genick gebrochen oder irgend etwas anderes gaaanz schlimmes
yeh, the only thing i can say is some advice, but you might have learned this by now, never punish an animal for something they don't understand. breaking a horse takes a lot of time. if you squeeze your leg and don't get any response from a horse that hasn't learned this yet don't smack them, your just going to make a willing but confused horse into a scared and even more confused horse...
I really have no sympathy...and he starts bucking, was that crack the WHIP??? Because I hate to tell you but whipping a freaking out horse will not make it stop...god that was awful...That horse didn't understand clearly what he was supposed to do, and all you could do was whip it??? That was awful!! And you should've had someone leading it, that can help loads
no sympathy for the rider.... sorry... when breaking a horse this is going to happen.... maybe not with all horses but its young and doesnt know what exactly is going on... I think it was the riders fault though.. he grabbed the fence and that looks like it was the cause of him falling off
WHY do people think that a horse automatically knows what being kicked and hit means ? it's the same with people who get a puppy and complain becouse it doesn't sit when they say sit...cos they never taught it what sit means. Groundwork people ! Teach the horse the command "walk on " while you lead it around, then tell it " walk on" when you get on, EASY !
when you apply a light pressure to the sides of horse it will automaticlly try to move forwards away from the pressure. an i have only seen this video so dont k now the back round of training do i so who knows what flat work he has done. but i dont suppose he s done any
Sorry mate but that is not true, all horses will automatically move TOWARDS pressure. It's a natural reaction to being attcked by a carnivore to move towards the carnivore in order to trample or kick it . Use of the left leg will make the horses left hind swing towards the pressure. Two legs together will confuse a young horse and he may remain motionless or reverse suddenly or buck before he moves forward.
you clearly have not done leg yield or turn on the forehand or any fla work or even bending which all use the leg to move the horse away from the leg. and i think you will find horses are naturally flee animals as the video shows. he whips it bucks and flees
I clearly HAVE done leg yield , turn on the forehand, shoulder in ,shoulder out etc etc. and have TAUGHT young horses these moves Let me repeat, horses automatically move TOWARDS pressure and push against it, they have to be TAUGHT to move away, hence my initial comment that groundwork is essential as a young horse has no idea what being kicked and hit means untill he has been taught how to react, just as a dog learns how to sit by being shown what to do .
And actually, in this video , he whips and kicks = the horse stands still, bemused and confused ! It only bucks once it starts to move and the natural 'get this thing off my back' reaction kicks in.
OK, most people don't really notice it because the horse has been with them learning bit by bit as they go along but think about whta happens when something scary or threatening aproaches too close, the horse will swing it's arse towards the threat ready to kick. If a lion were to grab at the belly, the horse would swing towards him with a kick, not pull away which might result in his flesh being torn off.
So, prodding the belly (with heel, whip or even finger ) will often result in the horse turning his arse towards that prod, unless he has already learned not to or if the handler is holding his head in such a way that he can't (and indeed, this will teach him not to as unable to turn towards, he will resort to turning away ). You may not consciously teach this to your horse, but I'm fairly confident that he will have learned it as a response to your handling. Try a wild one off the moors :-)
serves you right. you are massive on it and since when does a kick and a smack on the arse mean turn. try using ou heels and legs to squeze and how about a hand on each rien
i think if he had done the right amount of flat work he wouldnt of. why get on a horse when it has not yet learnt simple ground work and listening to the voice. and i can garantee a crack on the arse gets a differet response to a squeeze. do it to your self and see which you prefer
well that was exactly what I was saying, I guess I didn't make myself clear
I was saying that if the horse doesn't know what a kick, squeeze or anything like that means the horse is most likely not going to react like someone would guess it would ... the horse probably doesn't associate any of those with the desired command
that man should not be allowed to ride a young horse like that... thats sooooo stupid im sorry but there are so many things that were really not smart... please learn some cues and work on asking and get some help befor u try that again.... i break horses and i know that asking goes alot farther than kicking and smacking... im not saying i dont smack a horse every now and then but like that...come on...
well... ur right... there is nothing wrong with being overweight... but they could of at least put him on a horse that is right for his size... that horse isn't that big, and shouldn't be holding so much weight...
Poor thing will be swaybacked by the time she is 5. NEVER EVER EVER EVER begin training under saddle until the horse is AT LEAST 4. And for god's sake, this isn't even training, this is someone with a death wish.
Hopefully your fat will cushion you when you do get trampled.
Before the age of two? Are you insane? Some breeds can have weight on their back at two, but not any younger. Thats not a good idea. Even if they are developed phisically, they need time mentally, too. Why rush it?
No!!! And excuse me but i have been training horses for a lil over 13 years and i haven't had one problem with my horses!!! I have always started then a lil before the age of 2! u dont rush them by riding them before the age of 2 and plus when u start them at that age that horse will listen to u a whole lot better than when u start them at 3 or 4 so if u got a problem with that then to o well cuz i have been doing it for 13 + years and i havent had one gosh darn problem with my youngens!
Well, I have been riding for the same amount of time as you, and you ride QH's and I ride WB's so we have different veiws. WB's can not be ridden until 3 due to their slow growth rate. QH's can be ridden at 2 because of their quick growth rate. You cant ride a horse until their knees close, and for different breeds, it happens at different times. I personally dont see the point in going crazy and riding a horse under 2, no matter what the breed is. Whats the harm in letting them mature a bit?
well i dont no what ur problem is???? Lets see reining horse are started before the age of 2! Oh so im crazy huh! Then how come my 26 year old gelding who was started 4 months before he was 2 jumping 3 feet?? and running barrels??? huh!?!?! He is perfectly fine! I learned everything from my now dead grandfather btw he was the one that trained my gelding! Im guessing ur and english rider!?!? but i dont see why u are making a big deal of it!!!!!
Chill, I didnt say anything about your horses or the way you start them, its up to you. I didnt realize you rode QH's until I saw your page. My bad. Why are you getting defensive? How did I make a big deal out of it? I asked you a question. And yeah, I ride english, so what?
ok god but i get really defensive when people say that =( it just makes me sooo mad and sorry for blowing up like i did but ummm oh lol i was going to say that i thought u rode english cuz u kinda seemed kinda snobby but i was a plain bitch! P.S. I dont have nothing against english riders but i know one when they start talking NO OFFENSE to u cuz I ride english also :)
Im sorry if I offended you, I didnt mean to! No, im not snobby at all, but I know what you mean, I have been around snobby/rich horse people all my life and they make everyone think that all english riders are snobby, but we arent! Actually, on my barns website, they say "a prissy english barn we are not!" lol. :)
Ok for one, how old are race horses started? About 1 an a half years old. they have a saddle on their back and a person as well. So wait, thats two diff breeds? omg! You can ride a horse when ever it is ready, you do not have to wait till their knees close. That happens by the time they are a year old with any breed as a matter of fact.
Exactly, and how many race horses break down each year? Omg alot! My barn rescues and rehibilitates racers, so I have experience with that. And yes, you do have to wait until their knees close. Not all horses knees close at one. If you want to ride a yearling, go for it. I dont know why you are all attacking me, I said nothing about her horses, I didnt even know she had any.
ok, like you said above for different horses is is different how do you know that her horse sint mentally ready. I do agreed with you on the warmbloods they do mature slower but, she is totally fine riding a horse right before they turn 2 I have ridden mine a horse can carry 25%of their on weight. I have a friend who is a full grown women weighing only about 120 and she rode her filly at 18months but, only because she knew she was mentally and phisically ready.
Yeah, like I said I personally wouldn't, but your right, its up to the owner. I didnt say anything about her horse at all, I was just saying in general. But thanks for being polite and having a convorsation, not an argument :) I guess I guess I just like the idea of letting the babies be babies, and giving them their time to be young :)
It is deffinently a matter of opinion, and your right, as long as the horse is ready, it's not a problem. I just dont feel that backing a horse should be rushed, groundwork is key :)
well if you have had a horse since it was a baby and worked with it everyday like I have and 1hottbarrelracer has asfore we are homeschooled. then their really isnt much groundwork to do.
i agree totally with you and i again am not havin a go at any one. it is provn that in some cases breaking hores to young causes them life time dammage. i totally support working with a foal from birth getting it handled and all that but siting on a baby! i understand some need broken in earlier cause they are stong or difficult and will only get stronger as tey age but why do you have to break them at one why the hurry?
Exactly, I dont understand why people have to push their animals to be ridden at a young age. I also support working with foals. Alot of people think the only way to work a horse is to be on them, when that is not at all true.
omg u ppl sayin dt da prson riding the horse is too fat how dum r u ????
do u even kno the first thing about riding a horse i think u will find the horse wudnt move was becoz its only just started its traing also known as being broken in !!!! duhhh ur all mungbeans 4 being so shallow!!!!
get your fat ass of that poor horse opps forgot you already got bucked off i hope he draged you and you smcked you head of a rosk or he stepped on you. get a bigger horse um like a draught of loose 300 pound.
The quality and angle of the video wasn't very good however it looks like the horse was struggling to not land on its butt from the weight. How young is this horse because if he's still not finished growing your weight can't be good for the horses joints and back.
sorry but that horse was way too small for you, learn how to ride and ride a horse your size, dont kick the heck out of him how would you like it if someone was sitting on your back kicking the heck out of you!
Way to go, horse!! You fat fucking dumbass. How would you like it if Shamu sat on you, and jumped up and down and kicked the shit out of you. You got what you deserved, and the only thing better would have been if the poor horse would have dropped a load of shit on your fat head!!! Learn how to ride, and ride a horse your own size..BIG!!!
what a moron he asked the horse the walk into the fence your no surpose to whip the horse or kick it just lightly squeeze with yuor legs the poor thing GET SOME LESSONS BEFORE YOU KILL A HORSE DUMBASS!
OMG that's so cruel. It's a young horse and obviously he didn't know what "Hector" was asking. He totally deserved being bucked off and I hope he got some sense knocked into him. I feel sooo sorry for the horse
Hector, next time may you fall on your fat head and it break open and you die so future horses will be saved from your idiot training methods. Good God, someone throw some chlorine in the gene pool!
some ppl care for horse (lke all the ppl hu are saying hector got wat he deserved) coz u dnt go hittin horses with random things, and, wen he got his foot stuck, i hope tht horse dragged him straight thru tht river!
Well if I had a 500 pound POS sitting on my back, hitting me with a... what was that anyway? A branch? Getting bucked off would have been the least of Hector's worries. I'd have trampled him for good measure. I hope he felt that ride for days after. Asshole.
What a dumbshit! Hopefully that horse is no longer with the dope! Glad he got bucked off to bad he didn't get stepped on to provide a gelding service before the idiot human breeds!
Get someone to walk fatass around, maybe he wouln't have had the problems. SERIOUSLY when will people learn, whipping a young horse to make it go. That horse is suffciently ruined.
Hehe, he deserved it. He's a big boy, with a big saddle, on a teeny skinny horse. Now, we generally try to keep our feet out of the reins, and when you're on a nervous horse, you DROP the stirrups, so you don't get stuck like silly Hector did. Nice horse, by the way. Managed to gallop around a round pen with Hector.
Fucktard. Simply retarded. Are you really that stupid? Looking back at this video of yourself, can you honestly say you even deserve to be on a horse? I repeat: Hector, are you simply retarded?
Hey dude? I'm going to sit on YOUR back and whip YOUR ass until you move and see how you react. I actually laughed SO HARD when he fell off because he fell off BEFORE THE BUCK LOL!!!!
And then I saw his leg caught and laughed harder because he's such a bad rider.
LOLOL.
You're twice the size of the horse, buddy. Get off.
What a bunch of idiot spics. Maybe they would have better luck plucking chickens or harvesting veggies. They certainly can't even begin to ride a horse. Yeah for the horse getting the fat asshat off of his back!!!
I have actually gone through that, but wasn't so painful. See, I was training an older mare and she spooked. You were being a moron and ruining a youngster. You deserve 10 times what you got. Poor horse will probably go to auction for being "bad". Sickening.
It doesn't count as getting bucked off when your mass is great enough gravity simply pulls you down the second the horse moves, sorry. And nice lack of helmet-normally, I'd say you should want to protect your brain, but it's clear you already are lacking one.
God that was good for a laugh. Seriously, Hector, you are really too fat to ride. You are clearly way too fat for this particular horse, and riding this horse steps over the line of abuse.
i'm so glad that horse was smart enough to get you the hell of its back (though quite frankly, I'm surprised it was able to because of your, erm, weight issue)...why must there be so many assholes in the horse world?
Well, with any luck, the next time the horse pitches him, he'll hit his empty, helmet-less head a lot harder and there won't be a third time 'cause he won't be able to get out of the wheel chair to do it.
The horse is confused & terrified, that counts as abuse, never mind the fact that lardass weighs more than the horse. No excuse for this.
MY NAMES HECTOR AND I'M A FUCKIN RETARD :P

bcbeaupied 2 years ago
well i dont no what ur problem is???? Lets see reining horse are started before the age of 2! Oh so im crazy huh! Then how come my 26 year old gelding who was started 4 months before he was 2 jumping 3 feet?? and running barrels??? huh!?!?! He is perfectly fine! I learned everything from my now dead grandfather btw he was the one that trained my gelding! Im guessing ur and english rider!?!? but i dont see why u are making a big deal of it!!!!!
1hottbarrelracer 2 years ago
Chill, I didnt say anything about your horses or the way you start them, its up to you. I didnt realize you rode QH's until I saw your page. My bad. Why are you getting defensive? How did I make a big deal out of it? I asked you a question. And yeah, I ride english, so what?
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
ok god but i get really defensive when people say that =( it just makes me sooo mad and sorry for blowing up like i did but ummm oh lol i was going to say that i thought u rode english cuz u kinda seemed kinda snobby but i was a plain bitch! P.S. I dont have nothing against english riders but i know one when they start talking NO OFFENSE to u cuz I ride english also :)
1hottbarrelracer 2 years ago
Im sorry if I offended you, I didnt mean to! No, im not snobby at all, but I know what you mean, I have been around snobby/rich horse people all my life and they make everyone think that all english riders are snobby, but we arent! Actually, on my barns website, they say "a prissy english barn we are not!" lol. :)
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
Ok for one, how old are race horses started? About 1 an a half years old. they have a saddle on their back and a person as well. So wait, thats two diff breeds? omg! You can ride a horse when ever it is ready, you do not have to wait till their knees close. That happens by the time they are a year old with any breed as a matter of fact.
cowgirl213535 2 years ago
Exactly, and how many race horses break down each year? Omg alot! My barn rescues and rehibilitates racers, so I have experience with that. And yes, you do have to wait until their knees close. Not all horses knees close at one. If you want to ride a yearling, go for it. I dont know why you are all attacking me, I said nothing about her horses, I didnt even know she had any.
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
ok, like you said above for different horses is is different how do you know that her horse sint mentally ready.
Gacowgirl06 2 years ago
Yeah, like I said I personally wouldn't, but your right, its up to the owner. I didnt say anything about her horse at all, I was just saying in general. But thanks for being polite and having a convorsation, not an argument :) I guess I guess I just like the idea of letting the babies be babies, and giving them their time to be young :)
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
it's honestly a matter of opinion. As long as the horse is ready there is no need in waiting; it shouldn't be a problem.
Gacowgirl06 2 years ago
It is deffinently a matter of opinion, and your right, as long as the horse is ready, it's not a problem. I just dont feel that backing a horse should be rushed, groundwork is key :)
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
well if you have had a horse since it was a baby and worked with it everyday like I have and 1hottbarrelracer has asfore we are homeschooled. then their really isnt much groundwork to do.
Gacowgirl06 2 years ago
Well, like long lining and longing and all that pre-riding stuff lol, thats what I meant.
bcbeaupied 2 years ago
i agree totally with you and i again am not havin a go at any one. it is provn that in some cases breaking hores to young causes them life time dammage. i totally support working with a foal from birth getting it handled and all that but siting on a baby! i understand some need broken in earlier cause they are stong or difficult and will only get stronger as tey age but why do you have to break them at one why the hurry?
ihaveachestnutter 2 years ago
Exactly, I dont understand why people have to push their animals to be ridden at a young age. I also support working with foals. Alot of people think the only way to work a horse is to be on them, when that is not at all true.

QuarterHorselover12 3 years ago
The quality and angle of the video wasn't very good however it looks like the horse was struggling to not land on its butt from the weight. How young is this horse because if he's still not finished growing your weight can't be good for the horses joints and back.
FernandoTorrera 3 years ago
omg what happened after that?!!

Well if I had a 500 pound POS sitting on my back, hitting me with a... what was that anyway? A branch? Getting bucked off would have been the least of Hector's worries. I'd have trampled him for good measure. I hope he felt that ride for days after. Asshole.

serves him right. I hope that hurt so you can LEARN that you have no busniess being on a horse.
whoalillowe 3 years ago
Hehe, he deserved it. He's a big boy, with a big saddle, on a teeny skinny horse. Now, we generally try to keep our feet out of the reins, and when you're on a nervous horse, you DROP the stirrups, so you don't get stuck like silly Hector did. Nice horse, by the way. Managed to gallop around a round pen with Hector.
sunchaer116589 3 years ago 6
I'm glad he bucked his fat ass off serves him right since he was throwing his legs against him and whipping the shit out of ass...good job buddy

Get off.
almightymarshmellow 3 years ago 4
Yes, why don't you just keep riding without a helmet you fat ass. Maybe you will hit your head and your horses will start dancing.
GallopingGreys 3 years ago
Hahaha YES. Good for that little horse.
IsobellaCuan 3 years ago
What a bunch of idiot spics. Maybe they would have better luck plucking chickens or harvesting veggies. They certainly can't even begin to ride a horse. Yeah for the horse getting the fat asshat off of his back!!!
Kelgirl718 3 years ago
Fuck. That horse is going to the slaughter house, or hopefully someone will find it worth dumping money into this horse to fix you mistakes. Asshole.
EquiSoup 3 years ago 2
Dude, get off that horse's back before you break it.
Congrats to the horse for getting you off.
Craziness714 3 years ago 2
I have actually gone through that, but wasn't so painful. See, I was training an older mare and she spooked. You were being a moron and ruining a youngster. You deserve 10 times what you got. Poor horse will probably go to auction for being "bad". Sickening.
TBCAC 3 years ago 2
Priceless.
Seeing a fat fuck get what he deserves.
Thanks for teaching that horse several important lessons.
SUPER!
Now someone who knows what the FUCK they are doing can fix your MISTAKES!!!
Jesus H Christ!!!!!
This guy doesn't need a helmet, there's not brain to damage!
Benatus 3 years ago 3
If the horse doesn't know what you want and you beat it until you frighten/anger it, this is what you get.
merridyn 3 years ago
if you don't know how to ride...WEAR A HELMET...
or you know...DON'T ride. (:
xPoniesForMe 3 years ago
It doesn't count as getting bucked off when your mass is great enough gravity simply pulls you down the second the horse moves, sorry. And nice lack of helmet-normally, I'd say you should want to protect your brain, but it's clear you already are lacking one.
FurvusEquae 3 years ago 2
God that was good for a laugh. Seriously, Hector, you are really too fat to ride. You are clearly way too fat for this particular horse, and riding this horse steps over the line of abuse.
cdwaugh 3 years ago
the horse needs to weigh more than the rider
maudienobodie 3 years ago 5
holy crap whose such a bad rider that the get caught up like that after they get bucked off
mymajortemptation 3 years ago
i'm so glad that horse was smart enough to get you the hell of its back (though quite frankly, I'm surprised it was able to because of your, erm, weight issue)...why must there be so many assholes in the horse world?
reiningrules 3 years ago 2
he didn't really get bucked off, so much as the inertia of his torso was more then he could handle, and gravity "bucked him off"
Elajud 3 years ago 2
Hector, get a diet before you get one one more youngster. And learn to ride. Sitting there beating and flailing on it isn't doing a damn thing.
blairasb 3 years ago 2
Unfortunately, the poor horse will get blamed for this fat guy's ignorance and cruelty.
Conny1908 3 years ago 5
The shouting will definitely help...
Trix71 3 years ago
Well, with any luck, the next time the horse pitches him, he'll hit his empty, helmet-less head a lot harder and there won't be a third time 'cause he won't be able to get out of the wheel chair to do it.
The horse is confused & terrified, that counts as abuse, never mind the fact that lardass weighs more than the horse. No excuse for this.
