The fact of the matter is Dana White came out to say he doesn't have a problem with women's MMA, there's just too good few female fighters. When Rousey heard that, she began asking for a fight with the 135 champ in hopes of winning the title, moving back up and challenging Cyborg in a unification bout. The idea being, the UFC could have a women's division if the weights and titles merged.

All of her fights combined don't even add up to an entire round. Sounds completely rational.

@HellspawnICX Cyborg isn't much of a fighter without roids. Her striking and grappling are pretty sloppy but she wins easily due to the chemically induced roid strength. Check her pre-roid fight against Erica Paes to see how well she does without anabolic strength to help her power through anything.

She headed to a much more popular division instead, which is a smart business move. And when Cyborg comes back a few months from now (1 year suspension on appeal = 6 months), she will have a well paid grudge match that attracts viewers instead of an minor card with no audience. Smart.
