Thank gawd for Prilosec! Oh - I remember those special machines for "oversized" folks! That must have been great to get into a regular one! we are still neck and neck heading for onederland - you go girl! You are doing so awesome and such an inspiration. I appreciate you so much. I agree! No fast food! Fast food was my issue before surgery and I am not going back there! That being said, when I am in a pinch where I need to get something to eat on the road, the only place I allow myself to go is Chick-fil-a and eat the 3 piece chicken strips. I usually can't finish the, but it works for me.

Yay to fitting into the MRI machine...that is so great...and somethng I was always concerned about!

You're doing great and you're on the cusp of breaking 100!

I get that incredibly sleepy of I eat sugar or high carby things.

Good plan on the snacking...I've really been struggling with that this past week.

Keep working it you're doing great...and I am so jealous of all of you going to Vegas...but one day in the future I WILL be at a meet and greet!

I wish I had your will power. I do do fast food because my hubby loves his Saturday lunches. I have discovered though that I don't love it the way I used to. I never go there alone anymore. When we downhill ski we all meet at McD's for breakfast. I finally have given up and just have the yogurt. I just don't like it like I used to. I kept trying and finally thought..... why?

I am so impressed with your will power to not "go there." That is a fear of mine that after the surgery that I will try something that may not be the best choice and...be able to tolerate it....then hve to avoid it know I "could" have it. I try to to psych myself out too much, especially since I haven't even had the surgery yet. I just want to be totally prepared.

@MyOwnLighthouse The RNY helps me A LOT to be strong because I no longer feel so hungry all the time so it is MUCH MUCH easier to be "Good"!
