you can do this iwth an electric toothbrush (like the cheap kind) and put exfoliating scrub all over your face turn on the toothbrush wet ur face and rub the toothbrush all over ur face do this 3 times a week. wrks wonders and is cheaper then going to a spa.

just use a scrub every other day and some Oxy or otc product,but for Serious acne DO NOT USE A SCRUB or PRODUCTS like she said it just makes the skin more oily, just get a clean soft hand towel and turn you sink to hot until you cant hold your hand under it for more than a few seconds then soak the towel and blot your face every few blots reapply the hot water this wont make your skin oily and it cleans your face i do it every night beforebed,i had medium kind of acne i saw difference in 2 days

Doesn't exfoliation do damage to the skin? I've had doctors tell me I can't even wash my skin with an exfoliant. Maybe it's my skin type but I've heard it's not good for sensitive skin.

That brush going over her face does look really relaxing. :) But the woman who does my facials uses hot towels and those work just as well.
