no only navy does diving and im not sure about HALO but i kno navy has the best EOD unit in the world because of the fact that operate in all environments (Sea,Air,and Land)but their not SEALs

@JShinn54 Well Navy is the only EOD program that has any sort of "jurisdiction" for water. If the bomb is underwater it is handled by the Navy, and yes Air Force EOD's are jump certified.

Pretty cool video I just seen it for the first time I am the first picture walking on the beach. We were doing training dives in Hawaii. Oh year if you are in the Army you only do the EOD part none of the fun stuff like diving and freefall. Sorry
