There are war rules moron, and the sri lankan government thwarted them again and again. If you kill the enemy when they are carrying a white flag, it falls in the jurisdiction of extra-judicial murder. Its illegal. What Mahinda did during the whole war was illegal: he barred third party journalists, restricted international aid, constantly shelled the no-fire zone, and now some innocent doctors are being held on dubious terrorist charges.

How do you say LTTE as a terrorist organisation? Do you think if a person takes a weapon on his hands, that means he is a terrorist?? If you want to protect yourself, you have to fight back.
