Hands on the squad car. The video is rock solid steady. If it were a person they would have moved to tape the action blocked by the car. The scene is shot at street level on a street. The camera was probably in the squad car. Not a surveillance camera mounted on a building or pole that would be shooting at a down angle. And the date and time stamp are in the middle of the video frame.
Why would the police release the video and not the officer's name? Something fishy going on.
