so sick of sex, especially faux lesbianism, as nothing but eyecandy in horror flicks. if the films bad it just makes it even more shit and tawdry, if its good it just detracts from the rest. if its relevant to the plot and character development no problem, if not i've got the internet for porn so i don't need to watch your crap movie.

guy makes a proper shit job of gutting the shark incidentally.

i think that the actors was pretty good, but the story was rubbish! did get much out of it, and it's an horror film, and i wasnt scred 1 time, so i give credit to the actors, but the movie in it self wan't great. so i recomand this if you are pretty bored and don't have much to do :) 3/5

When the people are boarding the boat at the beginning of the film. Tate (the hot blonde) is ordered by Suzie to take her shoes off before boarding.She happily complies and is barefoot for the rest of the film. Now granted they are on a boat so she probably would have been unshod in due time anyway but the command sped up the process. Suzie is hypocritical since she has shoes on when she gave that order. But by the end she lives up to what she preaches and is walking about the boat barefoot.

This is an ok movie, but the director really brings it down with some scenes that are completely unnecessary, like the aforementioned dog-crippling scene (I know they're trying to show what a monster the Greek has become, but COME ON!) and the scene where the Greek takes over the hot blonde's body and breaks up the murderous action... by suddenly deciding to masturbate! I'm sure all the pervs would love that, but it totally ruined the pace of the action and just makes you think "uhm WTF???".

DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE!!! The scene with the dog's vertebrae being broken is horrible. It is completely tasteless of anyone to produce such a drawn-out scene of an animal in agony. It lasted for too many minutes and was too graphic. That scene went over the top of being ridiculous. Animals may not have been harmed in the making of the film, but anyone who writes something like this is severely disturbed. Boycott this movie and save yourself from seeing a horrible scene like this.
