  • it helps when you only weigh 100 lbs

  • it helps when you only weigh 100 lbs

  • it helps when you only weigh 85 lbs

  • how lol i can do 15 pull ups and more cut and i cnt lol

  • Wow dude, nice job. That is amazingly difficult to do.

  • Nice dude!

  • I can't do pull-ups the correct way, i can only do them with my palms or fingernails faceing toward me.

Would push-ups help me train my arms to do pull-ups the correct way?

  • @ronstero I started off in nov only being able to do 3 pullups at a time, it's only feb...I train 3 days, mon, wed, fri, I take the weekend off, I drink 2 smoothies a day, 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 carrott, 5 spinach leaves, a chunk of cucumber and a spoonful of hemp protein (not shit suppliments), 1 glass orange juice, that does 2 smoothies, 1 an hour before 1 an hour after training, I now do SETS of 25 and more if I can squeeze them out, every few weeks I up it 5 reps a set...try it out.

  • "Hi, I'm Jackie Chan"?

  • You done it with a front grip, nice!

  • LIARRRRRRRR

  • I thought that was me from behind in the thumbnail xD

  • now... what do you want? a sweet?

  • Animal.

  • i can do 3 of those and im like double ur weight lol

  • it really does look like he stepped on a table or something but the first half of the pull up is the toughest part & he did that without stepping on anything he's still strong & deserves his credit for achieving that half pull up even if he did the rest by stepping on something.

  • Your body curves like that because you are trying to keep your weight balanced directly under your arm, makes it easier for you to lift. Its normal.

  • I could do TWO one handed pullups if i weighed 46 pounds...

  • you're using your legs to pick you up

  • @Duxon12 howww

  • @zackzayachek13 to do pullups correct you dont swing your legs infront for additional help. you keep your legs behind and let your upper body strength do the work. this isn't rocket science guys its a pullup :)

  • Dang dude you are strong kid! Keep practicing!

  • weight : 95

  • weigh like nothing though :L

  • @LowCry997 LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I CRYED LAUGHING @ THE BEGINNING AFTER WATCHING UR COMMENT.

  • pretty legit good work

  • You're Jackie Chan?

  • @LowCry997 im actually his fifth cousin

  • "Immediately gained 20 pounds" WTF! So unhealthy and sounds like bs to me.

  • @snoopdiego9 20 squat rep routine. look it up.

  • looked legit to me man, good job

  • why do all these idiots think its fake?? that was indeed a legit one arm pull up, from a nice hanging position up with your chin over the bar! end of story, big props!!

  • On the internet, nobody believes you.

  • It curves like that cuz you need your abs to help pull your legs up.

  • how much did you weigh at time u did it? my weight is 137 pounds and i get stucked in the middle and cant finish the pull.

  • @Krypt1kk I weighed in something around that. you just need to train more. that last half is pretty hard to get, it took me like an extra month or so i think after i was stuck in the middle

  • bull shit every one seen u start flying their :p

  • Nice work, keep it up!

  • umm this is total buk crap, no one can do this even for an asian this skinny

its okay being fake and all

  • @Tubbsthebeast many can do this and i too with both of my hands !

  • I'm sure he'd be happy to post another one with his legs in full view

  • @Lyddonick i would if i could still do it haha. i immediately gained like 20 pounds after this and can't do it anymore. it puts a lot of stress on my elbows

  • great job! not very many people can do that.

  • garbage azn ... im from hong kong and i can do like 3 one hand without using the table

  • you're such a liar!

  • u should able to do 2

  • bad ass !

  • epic

  • lol you can hear him put his legs on a table.....

  • @madgnome01 lmao no you cantt...

  • @madgnome01 as i mentioned before this is my left leg hitting the doorframe... you can see it slightly bend backwards

  • @madgnome01 lol

  • @madgnome01 thats the sound of the stress on the door frame idiot

  • thats about as legit as my moms implants

  • An alpinist can do this all the time.......good job!

  • skinny like a gay

  • boo!! fraud, you should go to prison now and get ass raped!!!

  • you stand on a table LOL you can hear it

  • You can see and hear your leg going on to a table..good try

  • Anybody talking shit about this is an idiot. Good job, man. Not anybody can do a one handed pull up

  • Respect.

  • sadly not legit, but cool anyway

  • @nickmovienick1

    Not legit?

  • @KaelinSaint nope

  • @nickmovienick1 how is it not?

  • @s0ldier898 he uses his legs, it could be handy but not allowed. And the body curve means that he just can´t do it. Your body must be straight

  • @nickmovienick1 i get that just thought u meant it was fake yeah he def uses momentum

  • wow he not even jacked and he do that impressive dude

  • That's pretty impressive. I'm right around your size, maybe an inch taller, so hopefully I'll be able to do that soon. Other than being able to do a lot of pull ups (which I'm probably already at that point), is there anything else I can do to work my way up to a one-handed pull up? Thanks bro.

  • @GlassHaus123 ok i mention this before, but just trust me doing a lot of pullups won't build to the one handed. you have to practice the one handed in a specific way. i could do 20 pullups / chinups before i even started this and i could not even move an inch in the 1 handed

  • I can do like 4 but only if I stay at 170 lol

  • Its mostly just being skinny but still alot of strength. Better than all the fat people saying they can do this

  • k...now your left hand!...btw you r awesome!

  • once his leg goes in the room you had hear him start to stand on a table....

  • @kaptinfancy yeah i noticed that shit as well.

  • @kaptinfancy how'd he get up the first 90% then? Also does the table grow too, because you can clearly see his leg goes up higher after his leg goes around the wall.

  • @CoDisafishy

I think it was a joke!

  • @kaptinfancy Im pretty sure he doesn't stand on a table. If you look at his leg movement, there seems to be no push force coming from his leg. It sounds like his heel hit the wall..

  • @kaptinfancy thats my left leg hitting the doorframe

  • @ghostspiritx suuuure

  • @kaptinfancy ive never seen a table as high as 3/4 of a door frame retard. have u?

  • @kaptinfancy maybe someone else in the house made the noise

  • shit lol

  • no shy you a fkn ninja

  • damn dude, good job. But im sticking to 2 hands cause this stuff is rough on the joints, especially the shoulders.

  • this is not an achievement and shouldnt be worked towards

  • Dude, you worked every part of your body doing that, except your lats.

  • this isnt that hard to do and hes not doing it right hes going to skrew his rotator cuff

  • wow!!!!!! that is actually ridiculous. good job!!

  • You got TWO hands fool, Do pullups that way or risk injury. It is very easy to damage the rotator cuff area doing one armed pullups. Of course I wouldn't expect some doofus to know that.

  • This is basically STUPID. What do you think you are accomplishing aside from bragging rights? Sure, it is much harder to do a one handed pullup. It is also a very easy way to cause injury to your rotator cuff other areas. Obviously, since this is a body weight exercise the less your weight the easier it is.

  • @willieofroanoke He's accomplishing physical fitness, moron.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor you obviously dont know the meaning of physical fitness

  • @RATTYRYAN That's ironic. Calisthenics are the ultimate measurement of physical fitness.

  • Bruce lee mode dude

  • Comment removed

  • respect

  • thats really good

  • nice

  • That was a legit one-armed pull-up...

  • you're awesome, much respect

  • That's a chinup.

  • your body curves like that because it is naturally trying to keep its center of balance.

  • damn, im 5'10 155 pounds

  • haha you weight like paris hilton, you should be doing one finger pullups with this weight

  • dude thats not impressive i wake up haning from a bar doing one handed pull ups without even knowing it

  • a big thing with pull ups is that you have ot beleive you can do it too. If you have yet to do 1 pull up, your body can do that one pull up you literally have to want to do it badly to do it. I use to be unable to do a single pull up. Hell i use to not be able to do 1 push up when i was in 9th-10th grade. I do 3 sets of 5 pull ups now and 3 sets of 5 chin ups when i go to the gym. The first time i did a pull up i just bought the pull up bar thinking i probably cant do it.. You can if you believe

  • There's Ronny Coleman in the other room, grabbing his feet at 0:12 and pushing him up

  • let me get this straight, u would only limit yourself to 20 towel chins/pulls per arm, daily, but would do the 2 sets of 10 pullups/chinups everytime you entered your room right? so u dnt go over 40 towel chins, but unlimited in terms of the two handed variety. Also what kind of base of strength did u have b4hand, amazing you got the OAP in two months, because i went from 7 pulls to 18 pulls atm, and took me 2.5 mths, hope 2 get 20 when i train 2moro, which is what i read on beastskills

  • everytime i see this vid i cant beleive it, your so skinny, and im not starting a debate abotu your weight or anything, but it looks like you would not be able to pull off one of the hardest bodyweight exercises, but you do it iwth such ease, and i remmeber i asked you with my old acc. like two years ago and u said it took u just a few months to work up to, but i cant remember how often you said you did oac training. awesome stuff man, im hoping to get this in 3-4 months, ive got 20 pulls down

  • @artakisthebest hey i take no offense to this don't worry about it. in fact if you ask me, its easier because i am so skinny, there is less weight to carry around and body weight exercises are all about efficiency.

yeah it took me about 2 months but i did the training every day, multiple times a day. you can read the description for more detail, but basically i did the pullups/chinups every time i walked into my room and did the towel pullups / chinups every night for 2 months.

  • @ghostspiritx....I``m pretty sure there is something on the other side of the wall that you are putting your right leg on to help you up...maybe a dresser or something...nice try though.

  • @9087125498172345 Its not very likely, he goes up in one smooth motion, it sounds like he just tapped his foot on something, dude, make another video with your legs fully visible to shut the haters up

  • @artakisthebest.....THis kid won't make another video with his legs fully visible because he can't do a one arm chin up bro....keep watching this video over and over from the 12 sec mark you can totally tell he is using his right leg to help him up....this is a fake one arm chin up video!

  • @artakisthebest not very smart are you? He probably weighs like 130lbs. Not that hard to pull up. Try than on someone who actually works out, weighing like 200lbs +, most of which is in the mid-lower body. Not in the arms.

  • @Haseeebo degree in const. eng. with honors, so i am in fact smart. It is pretty hard, this guy could do a 2 handed chinup with a 130lb guy hanging off his waist, so how much do u weigh? can u do a chinup with someone who weighs as much as yourself hanging off u? ur channel says otherwise, so do you really have the right to say its not that hard? i wonder what your definition of "actually working out" is, puffy inflated weak muscles are a choice someone makes far from ego-less strength training.

  • @artakisthebest No man, being able to do a 2x bodyweight pull up is a lot harder than a one arm pull up. I can do a one arm pull up, with my right and almost one with my other one, i can do a max one arm pull up + 10 pounds added and i stil cant do a extra 143 pound pull up with two arms. But i understand your soul. If you can do a 2x bodyweight two hands pull up you can do more than one arm pull up.

  • @Haseeebo and heavier people, have bigger stronger muscles to make up for their heavier weight, though its still a bit harder to pull of an OAC, i still do not think you can call me dumb for commending this guy on this feat, put it into perspective, he could lat pull 240lbs for reps!! Not at all hard you say? post a video response post haste!

  • @artakisthebest Lat pullldown is such a gay excercise just like leg press. The only way to compare leg power is doing squats, the only way to compare relative pulling strenght is weighted pull ups or one arm pull ups like this boy did. You can cheat considerably on lat pulldowns and l-pulldown machines are not identical (different angles,....) The heavier you are even if you are equally proportionned is still harder because cross-sectionnal area doesnt increase as well as the weight present.

  • @Truejusticevoice I said lat pulldowns beacuse there is no bodyweight involved, and its a level playing field regardless of someones bodyweight, and i did say htat smaller people do have it a bit easier, but not so much so that people can tlak shit on others videos saying oh i could do that if i weighed 100 pounds, its still a really hard impressive exercise. i repeat i said that the bigger you are, the progressively harder it gets, taller people have it tough too, longer arms = more leverage.

  • @artakisthebest Ants are extremely strong for their size because they are small. The smaller people usually lift more with respect to their weight than the big people. It's not better muscles, or a more determined attitude, that helps the little guys, it's just geometry and the way muscles work. Cross-sectionnal area # weight ratio is better in short and smaller people.

  • @Truejusticevoice Range of motion, dead weight (bones) etc etc

  • You can also hear your foot hitting the dresser at the 13 second mark.

  • @artakisthebest True, he doesnt look that strong. He is skinny and light, most asians have short legs and tall upper bodies, but not him. Guys getting this feat easily are those with a big tall upper body with short tiny legs. This guy is not even super cut. I just got my one arm pull up from deadhang but his physique is way less impressive than mine ( no offence). Well i know this video is old but this asian boy is not heavier than 130 pounds.

  • damn, niceO_o

  • Great job :)

  • Damn gook

  • congrats probably 9/10 of the words population cant do that

  • Terrible Form mofo.

  • I bet he has something that he puts his right foot on where you don't see.

  • Impresive

  • Dam the fukkin chinese pll are always good at doing this kina shit

  • damn, wish i was 4'5 96lbs.

  • @tsmiff16 5'9 130 pounds thanks

  • @ghostspiritx same as me nice!

  • @ghostspiritx dayam...:/ im 5'7" and 125 lbs. im ok at pull ups, i can do 14. i do it in addition to weights :D

  • @ghostspiritx Hello ectomorph :3

Eat hard, train hard, become hard :3 I'm 5'9 155lb (15 yrs) and 8% bf.

  • @Avataryoutuification ah hello fellow ectomorph. i actually weighed in then at 130 lb and 5'8 and some really low bf. i did this when i was 17 though. yeah im working on the planche now haha

  • @ghostspiritx proud

  • @tsmiff16 ha i doubt you would be able to do at that if you weighed that much to

  • @tsmiff16 lulz you jealous

  • @tsmiff16 you still wouldnt be able to do it at that weight and height lol

  • Your pushing urself up with ur legss

  • @TheYaosuke Lol idiot, If you could see from the video, He completely hangs first, and then he does it.

  • @IDeathMetal58 He did it half way and then lifts himself up with his legs >.<

  • @TheYaosuke With what?

  • @IDeathMetal58 Something inside the room >.< you can see his legs

  • that was dope i can barely do 5

  • mate any tips to get my normal pullup count up? im 6'5'' 220 in shape and fit but my wing spand is 6'9'' so i didnt know if you had any advice, cheers in advance for your help

  • @levey24 if you can't do 1 pullup, you should do negatives which is where you hold on the bar and let yourself down slowly. after you do that for a bit, try doing a normal pullup. after that it is just practice and more practice. i don't think your wing span should make it impossible to do pullups (although it would be harder)

  • @levey24 you might have scoliosis(a curvature of the spine) your hight should match your wing span so you might wanna get your back checked out

  • @lapopo13 ummm i'm just going to ignore that comment... 95% of people have a longer wingspan that height, and in no way did your comment provide me with any information worth reading

  • @levey24 if your wing span is that big then get into mma/boxing lol

  • @levey24 /user/scooby1961?blend=1&ob=4 hes got some pretty good work outs for pull ups and such you should check him out.

  • @levey24 - Spread your arms as far apart as possible, so it's all back muscle rather than biceps.

  • @levey24 Wing span only applies to exercises that requires you to reach out like wings. Pull-ups are completely vertical. It's mostly curling weights. I'm 6 foot 5 and 265lbs. I do 50 pull-ups.

  • Just like that...

  • hey Jackie Chan we wanna watch the full movie. It is only a trailer.

  • Yeah, someone around the wall!

  • i can do 30+ proper chin up and still can't do this 1 arm pull up.. i'll give it another try soon.

  • @llx2o1 its a completely different skill trust me. you need to train for it. its like saying i can do 30 pushups but not a one-handed. this is totally normal

  • @llx2o1 If you can just hang with one arm you should do negatives to train for the balance and strength of it and gradually increase time til you can do one!

  • ''its a table behind the wall'' hahahahah, laughed so hard at that comment!

  • legit

  • It's easy when you're fit and have been practicing.

Wake up haters. You just saw a real one-handed pullup. 90% of us can't do ANY!

  • Asians = light-weight, extremely efficient muscle build. Perfect for these things.

  • @NoVAPunkLover same with those that dont eat dairy

  • Good job my brother.

  • How much time do you take to do that? more or less...Please write back! (=

  • @yoelsilver approximately 2 months. however that was 2 months starting from when i was able to do 20 pullups or chinups straight. so you might want to consider that

  • @ghostspiritx heyy! thankss man!!
