my sons father and i have done everything on our case plan and they are trying to adopt him out. we have no attorney we were told the contract expired with the county. cps worker said i would get a new one on 8/1/10. i have called anyone and everyone even senator barbara boxers office. i am running out of time can someone help? please tell me what to do?

It's not just dads. They choose to put the kids with the worse parent so that they can keep the case going and so the family ends up needing psych help. They coin these cases (mostly abuse cases) hign confilct and it qualifies the county for fed funds. = more $ for the law guardians to steal and when the parents are broke they get a ct appointed one = more $ for t same crappy lawyers. As a law student I KNOW that NO ONE wants to be a family court lawyer UNLESS they're part of the corruption.

I'm in my 8th year with Family Courts in Los Angeles.
Really bad. The judges will do nothing to stop the constant harassment by my crazy ex wife, even though the judges say out loud she is nuts.
I'm ruined financially and now my ex has alienated my youngest two children from me and will not let me even see them.
