Cystic acne develops further below the skin's surface than regular acne and squeezing those types of lumps can cause spreading like you wouldn't believe. The proper way to remove a cyst is to form an incision, (being careful not to rupture the sac) use tweezers and hold the cyst, then use a disinfected blade to separate it from the tissue it may 'cling to' (requires a carving action), then close up the incision once finished. Never squeeze. Go see a local dermatologist. Even if its just 1 cyst.

It actually was a cyst attached to my tendon. It was immediately examined by a doctor and has gone away on its own. Thank you for your concern.
