While some of the more modern songs are clear rip offs older Pakistani songs, the likes of Ashe Bhosle are honest and professional enough to know that the song they are singing are from an other artist. I dont think she meant this as an offense, but as a tribute. There is a long tradition of artists in South Asia of singing classics, because they are classics.
