In case you didn't know Zoom is no longer the treatment of choice due to severe painful side effects reported by clients. There are many different laser LED systems that reduce sensitivity yp to 90% compared to Zoom.
I personally don't use Zoom in my office anymore.
i have low enamel on the bottom of my front teeth and theyre real see through like dam lol but anyway yea they are sensative and i tried thee whitening strips and they hurt and stung a bit. do you recomend the zoom, i realy want to do it? its around 270 here in L.A.
@marcoly25 I wouldn't recommend if you have sensitive teeth, or prepare yourself for some serious pain. i don't consider myself as having very sensitive teeth and it hurt me quite a bit, but also some of it is due to the deep cleaning that i had done right before the whitening which makes it more effective. if you manage pain pretty well then i say go for it, a couple days worth of pain is worth the semi-long term results you will get and that price is a lot better than what i paid for it.
I think that it's strange that they would have chosen to contoured after whitening, to be honest i would have got contouring first and left at least 3-4 months, to allow the teeth to strengthen again, that just me.
I had a appt.to get zoom and I canceled it after watching I have tooth decay and wanted to whiten my teeth first, before getting fillings. I read your not even suppost to do zoom with decay present. So I tried crest whiting strips to get my teeth whiter using a more sensitive approach. After having strip on my teeth for 20min I experienced those singers you talked about. It was painful/scarey scary I can't imagine how bad if I did Zoom!! Thanks for your video!
@luigi12356 At home teeth whitening is not effective due to the low percentage of Hydrogen peroxide contained in the At home whitening gel. You will never get the same results as in office treatment. A client can not purchase over the counter HP products of higher then 6%. Dental and Dental Hygiene offices use 35% concentration.
@EweeToob thanks, i had a hard time finding reviews and info about it so i thought this might help someone out. sorry it's long, i tend to elaborate extensively so i feel like everyone knows everything i know lol. i guess i should cut it down to the essentials and leave people room to ask questions.
@AbsolutelyApril Yeah I'm doing a bachelor of Oral Health (In Australia, University of Queensland.) And I thought since I'm in the field of teeth I should have the best smile :)
But in Australia it costs like $890 :(
Do you think it's worth it? It lasts years doesn't it?
Thanks for the advice

If you don't want a smile that is good because it's "like everyone else" then why'd you get them fixed??? Hahaha. You want what's in the magazines!
