I have flown Bulgaria air i a few years ago and it was not so good. The 737 still had the Varig seat belts. And seats were uncomfortable. I have never flew Tarom but I would like to try their A318's.

i guess bulgaria air and tarom are quite even... bulgaria air has now got 6 airbusees. 2 built 2005, 4 built 2008. One more is to come and in the future bigger plans are expected. When the 7th airbus arrives they can paint them im BG air colours since each needs to stay on the ground for 3 days for painting. TAROM has some new a318 and 737-7 from the last few years. if bulgaria air remove the old boeings, their fleet age is younger. about pilots and crew i don't know, as long as the plane lands.

I've flown with them and they didn't give any snacks/drinks on a 4 hour flight. The planes had blankets and pillows from Air France, and the seat belts as well. The touchdown was very bad, even though the weather was perfect. On takeoff, our runway almost ended and the climbs and descents were horrible. Everybody said that they would never fly with TAROM.
yeah German pilots are the best i want to be an airline pilot so i flew with KLM royal dutch airline...I trust more KLM the Dutch pilots but romanians are better because they understood better what is flying about to cary passangers on the bord is not easy at all and tarom is a good airline but they have too many technical problems ..I never flew with bulgaria air but i recomand KLM for everyone is safe and kool...I love it:D:D Try it and see if u gonna love as well....:P

Quickstrike93: Your comments are so typical of someone who comes across as grossly insecure about themselves and where they are from. Both Tarom and Bulgaria Air have large problems facing them whilst they are restructuring and I think it's safe to say you are basing it on national pride - considering you're from Bulgaria - rather than fact. For the record, I've flown on both airlines and think neither are that good in terms of service, but that's what you get with highly corrupt organisation.

Quickstrike 93,i am going to say this real simple for you and your capacity to understand:Tarom was established as "Tarom" in 1954,but the company was est. far back as 1920 as CFRNA,so the company was the same!Balkan was est. 1947 and in 2002 became Bulgaria Air so shut up!Tarom is better,i'm not going to repeat it all so spam again and feel good.Goodbye!

Which hase a lot more popularity than TAROM.Bulgaria Air and TAROM are having same planes, if you think that your Airbus's are made in Germany and our's are soviet you have big brain problems.Food sucks but who is flying today because of the food. i guess bulgaria air and tarom are quite even... bulgaria air has now got 6 airbusees. 2 built 2005, 4 built 2008. One more is to come and in the future bigger plans are expected. When the 7th airbus arrives they can paint them im BG air colours since each needs to stay on the ground for 3 days for painting. TAROM has some new a318 and 737-7 from the last few years. if bulgaria air remove the old boeings, their fleet age is younger. about pilots and crew i don't know, as long as the plane lands.

Bulgaria Air will open routes to USA and Canada first. It simply is more classy, and professional. They are ordering 15 more brand new planes in the next year...big ones that will be able to do transatlantic flights. Bulgaria Air is overall MUCH better. much classier as well

Why don't you go and learn english too!!! Its not "blugaria" its BULGARIA!!! And yes indeed TAROM is a stupid, unprincpled, tedius airline. I've flown with them and they didn't give any snacks/drinks on a 4 hour flight. The planes had blankets and pillows from Air France, and the seat belts as well. The touchdown was very bad, even though the weather was perfect. On takeoff, our runway almost ended and the climbs and descents were horrible. Everybody said that they would never fly with TAROM.

yeah German pilots are the best i want to be an airline pilot so i flew with KLM royal dutch airline...I trust more KLM the Dutch pilots but romanians are better because they understood better what is flying about to cary passangers on the bord is not easy at all and tarom is a good airline but they have too many technical problems ..I never flew with bulgaria air but i recomand KLM for everyone is safe and kool...I love it:D:D Try it and see if u gonna love as well....:P

as for the best pilots, the Germans are the best. I have trusted Lufthansa pilots with my life for almost 10 years now, they are simply professional. As for the better airline, TAROM is older and has more experience, but for an older airline it is not doing better than Bulgaria Air.
