Gilly suspected Hannah was on drugs so he was going to tell her mom, so Hannah lied and said that Gilly sexually abused her in order to keep her anorexia a secret. The girl in the mirror was the girl that Hannah visited in the hospital, her name is Melissa. Melissa is also anorexic and taught Hannah how to be anorexic, unfortunately Melissa's anorexia made her so weak that she had to be hospitalized.

@RpattzIsAwsome Anorexia has very specific diagnostic criteria you don't currently meet. However, you might have another eating disorder, such as EDNOS, or severely disordered eating and body image that would warrant therapy in their own right. Talk to your mother and get into counseling.

@ideoplastic "meeting criteria" or not, is irrelevant. All that does is remind people that they arent "good enough" or arent sick enough. If you're messing around with food, you have a problem. Period. ( it may be disordered eating, not to be confused with an eating disorder.) BMI charts are highly inaccurate. Specific details can easily pave the way for a misdiagnosis.

no from what I remember the first time I saw this, when gilly suspected hannah needed help, she threatened him with blackmail saying she'd tell the family he came onto her if he said anything, so she made it look like that one day by provoking him for about 1 second before her mom and rhys walked in the door. I guess you could call that "coming onto him" but really it was just a setup.
