Am a graduate of Dundee University: 1990-1994. Has the city changed much, since then?
I do know that Chalmers Hall, where I stayed as a 1st & 2nd year was closed down - what a bad advert 4 the city centre. Surely the hall could be re-opened as somethin else? Back in the day, traffic could use all the streets surrounding it, incl Castle Street & the main street.
