Altgeeky: Not everyone in the world lives in the US. Many, many grocery stores in Europe do not give you bags an encourage you to bring your own goods. Many people come in with portable shopping baskets on wheels. That's how the old ladies that can't drive or carry anything enter and leave the store. This is a great concept video BF.
You will notice that the first think they put in the bag is the French loaf bread. This is smart because it would invalidate any store rent-a-cop accusations of 'shoplifting', followed by a lecture that this is a 'post 9-11 world'. A lot of stores will tolerate you bringing your own bags into the store, but not putting the items into your own 'cart'. Also, the wheels are close together like this, and takes practice to not wobble. Neat concept though.
this is a lie. i don't know if the guy in the video is trying to workout his arm muscles or trying to buy groceries. the tikit is VERY hard to roll, let alone putting a basket/bag on the side. the thing is NOT balanced when you roll it folded.
@sin331 maybe if both wheels were in contact with the ground it'd make more sense... and having to bend all the way down to pick it up... landing struts would be nice as a cheap addon.
If it's really that easy to roll around inside, I'm kind of in love with that bicycle.

looks ok to me, theres wheels on two sides so i'm sure if you just "try" a little then it'll be fine.

The one thing I wish my BRoMToN could do. Still don't think I'd chose a tikit over my bike, but it would be nice to have both!
