I really think that people click dislike by accident--there should be a question asking "Are you sure you want to dislike this video?" or a way to un-dislike a video!! If I didn't care for a video, I would just stop watching it and move on to another video. To actually click the dislike button is like you are really trying to make a statement or something--it just seems so rude when the person who made the video did nothing to you--why be so mean?

There will be people who do thumps down for no reason what so ever or jealous they cannot do what you are doing. Don't worry your likes are increasing everyday.

I found your videos thru recommendations from youtube as something I would like.

Take heart I am introducing to my daughter and others who wud appreciate them.

I receive NOTHING for uploading new videos every week, giving free advice, ideas and inspiration to people who could never afford my services in "REAL LIFE". till a few weeks ago, I had used google skecht up just to make buildings for google earth. Even once i said to my friends thar it was unuseful to create interiors spaces, then when I saw your Maybabytumbler video I could see how wrong I was. I could not wait to build my bedroom with it :), and a few days later, I already had redecorated all my bedroom... now i love it!. All thanks to you and your great videos and tips.

@TyWantsToDance I totally get that. Believe me, I appreciate all the great comments and value the sentiment behind them. My issue is with the affect it has on video rank. As a youtube video producer, I know what a commitment of time and resources goes into each video. I know you can't please everyone, but the effort to produce good quality and content with no personal gain is ongoing. Why not click out if you don't like it? Why hurt the efforts of a well meaning youtuber, a giver, not a taker?

@robesondesign So true about the click out if you don't like it, some people are just negative for the sake of being negative so long as I'm informed about your uploads I'm happy! I'm spreading the word about you and your amazing work! Heaps and heaps of my friends and their families who renovate, build, decorate.. (for some reason it always crops up in general conversation) I always drop your name ;-P I tell them to look you up and your ideas, I sometimes give them tips I learnt from you too!

I like it, very nice! Christy seemed very pleased ;-). Also a little bit of advice do be careful not to overwhelm the file cabinet drawers i.e. don't keep books, like my Aunt did, bless her, she is an avid reader and reads a lot before bed and did the same idea of putting a file cabinet as a bedside drawer or a storage system in the bedroom, but yeah heavy object in the upper drawers can ruin it, even the bottom draw is a little risky, all the best. Lovely to see awesome vids, please keep it up!

@robesondesign I think they need to adjust the proximity of the like/dislike buttons... sure there are some people who will genuinely dislike a video, but it seems to happen often that people accidentally click dislike instead of like (I see so many comments of people apologising they accidentally clicked dislike and have almost done it myself!).

Trolls are the reason. They just dislike everything they can on Youtube... The only advice I can give to you is ignore them. Even though I don't comment on all you're videos, I always make sure I give it a thumbs up! :)

Love this video. I have to say that the only reason i can see that anyone would not like this video, is because they just want to be nasty and negative. So many nice people on here get torn down and ridiculed, for no reason. Horrible i know! ..Just keep doing what your doing. Your are an amazing designer :-)

Do people have any idea what a negative affect a thumbs down has on the success of a video? YouTube takes thumbs down far more seriously than thumbs up. It affects the score of a video and the eventual page rank.. It just defies my comprehension why people do that. Rebecca

@SarahC0uture They are... Christy was an unusual situation because she was at the right place at the right time. We just completed Install # 1 of the 4 scheduled for this summer. I was taking a much needed rest before diving into #2 when she happened into my home. It was a fluke of good timing on her part. Had she come 2 days later or 2 days earlier, I would not have been able to do anything for her even if I wanted to.

I am looking forward to the fall when we start MM back up again. RR

YES!! Google sketch-up!!! this is what I have to do for my mother-in-law's bedroom. We were having some problems visualizing in plant, and the furniture is so big and heavy that we really didn't wanted to move it around just to try different things. This is perfect!
