@meerkat006 The Empire State Building is such a beautiful building. This Building was built around the 1930s during the great depression. Then the World Trade Center Twin Towers were built around 1966 through the 1970s. The Twin Towers and the Empire State Building are the best icons of New York City! Even though the Twin Towers are gone now it will always be an icon in our hearts and in our memories! R.I.P to 9/11 victims!

Sorry, but this is the SMALL (sloooow) elevator in the ESB.

Due to renovations the large (FAST!) one is temporary out of use. The large elevator holds 40 people and when it starts moving

you really have to keep your knees straight because of its speed ... Up to 86th floor in 20 seconds.
