I made a film canister shell , it weighs 17 grams but i do not know how much lift charge to use does any one know how much to use.

Idk it depends on your powder and how well ot fits in the tube, but as long as you put a good delay on it it should work pretty well

@3981784 Oh, please! use a HDPE tube or make a thick tube from cardboard paper. In the chance you ever CATO that PVC will not flower pot it will shatter into shrapnel.

Can you glue the top down ? so the mortar dosent blow off the cap ?

you could but that's why you would usually put it at the top, as ling as you paste and spike it you should be fine

you could but i think it works better if it's at the bottom, but that's just my opinion it probably doesn't make much of a difference
