Nice piece of work, but you're wrong at 8.27 : this is not the Plompetoren or Dieventoren but the watergate in the 2nd ring called Monnikendam.

The Plompetoren (located 270 meters to the north) is part of the 1st ring and appears at 5.14 - 5.22 in you movie.

Growing up with Oma in the '60's & '70's & living in Baarn in the summer, never once did we go to Amersfoort. It looks very nice, but then again, so does most of Holland.

Mooie video, ik had in de Amersfoort nu wel iets gelezen dat zei dat Amersfoort niet zijn naam heeft omdat de Eem vroeger de Amer heette maar zijn naam heeft door een Frankische volk dat hier ooit leefte, de Chamaven.

Deze video heb ik met Photo Story for Windows gemaakt. Je kunt het downloaden bij Microsoft. Het nadeel is dat de qualiteit niet optimaal is en het alleen video's in wmv formaat maakt. Ik ben nog op zoek naar het ideale video programma voor een windows-pc.
