@MeadowLakePiliot its a song obviously its guna be scripted... what are you expecting improve? im pretty sure that if your singing a song from a ep you'll probably stick to the lyrics. idiot
Good voices but it's so scripted and fake. Not genuine. It's his largest weakness I believe. Doesn't really connect with the audience and his versions are almost exact replicas of the old standards and versions. Just more of a show than an experience.
The music doesn't need Robbie Williams to keep it alive. The original recordings stand the test of time. Can Mr Williams say that *any* of his solo records will do likewise? I doubt it. Sinatra, Martin, Darin, Davis Jnr were just the greatest. Even a Michael Buble keeps the "music alive" in a far better way.
Stop saying it isn't as good as the original, Robbie is an amazing artist and everyone knows original songs are the best - be happy that Robbie is keeping the music alive and with such passion. Buy Robbie live at the RAH DVD and you'll see how much this music means to him in the behind the scenes.
great, loads of people comparing it to the original and pissed off that they don't think this version is as good/ So what?! There aren't many people doing this kind of music any more. I'm really glad that there are still people performing these songs and these guys did a FINE job. You'd be really nit picking to criticize it. And to go on about how it isn't as good as the original, you'd be a snob.
@pampamy : yes, the frank and bing version is much better... but I do not like the person bing crosby... therefore I do not like their version... imagine Frank and John did it ;-)....
Are you kidding??? this was FUCKING BRILLIANT!!! and of course Sinatra and Cosby were better....they were the originals....Robbie changed all the originals up a bit. They are meant to be talking the song not singing it.....harden up people
I smiled the entire way through this one! I also love how the board on the background changed all the time: From Robbie Williams love to swing, to Robbie Williams loves to sing, to Robbie Williams love to sin :"D
it is a very good version these guys are great and i mean it but the original is way better , c'mon frank sinatra and bing crosby compared to this is at least twice as good

Hard to tell who's the bigger douchebag here - that little prick from Take That, or the unfunny guy from 'Big.'

Robbie can sing it with some justice.
But really, where it came from he has no notion.
Entertainment with progress, Robbie has not.
Sadly :(

This concert was to pay homage to the singers and songs he was brought up on - not to be better than. This concert was fantastic

He's trying to sound like Frank Sinatra, but comes out more like Tony Curtis. It's not quite a train wreck, but it's a pretty serious derailment.

I hate the song.
I love Robbie William's voice, and Jon Lovitz's comedic genius (and voice! lol).
This would have been better if they sang a different song! (I know, it was a tribute and all, but still... song sucked. It was mostly talking).
