i think you need to create an actual dummy site for this tutorial rather than using screenshots with all your redacted information. And yes, show actual steps rather than images. lame.

Could you actually do stuff, and not just show screen shots? People learn more easily if you show them the actual stuff, while doing it, instead of showing pictures!
