One thing I'm getting sick and tired of seeing, is the failure to draw a distinction between LEGITIMATE homeless and CRIMINAL homeless. The criminal homeless are those who would be homeless no matter what condition the economy is in because they are repeat offenders and WANT TO BE HOMELESS!!! Legitimate homeless are people who are HONESTLY, desperately seeking employment and are homeless as a result of lack of employment. Some of the Homeless guys they interviewed were BUMS!

Prices spiraled out of control because the Fed's irresponsibly low interest rates fueled trillions of bullshit gains on Wall St... which just so happens to be located in NYC.
