As to the translation, there's been some speculation that the words are the notes she is singing. If you look at FargonLasbard's comment with the notes, you'll notice that the pitch G is always "toue" and the other notes follow. So it seems like there really aren't specific lyrics at all, just the names of pitches, like the Do Re Mi song from Sound of Music.

It might be Ancient Ispanian, but it's basically like singing Do Re Mi. It's the scales. Rei (Do), Ze (Re), Ryou (Mi), Croa (Fa), Tue (So), Neu (La), Va (Ti), Rei (Do). You can figure out how to play the whole song just by that.

No, it isn't. They're specifically for the game; it's not a folk rhyme like Kagome-Kagome. Yes, it's based on the musical scale, but that has no relevance.

The above pronunciations are wrong. The hymns were written in japanese, and the way you pronounce the words is the way the language is; you can't make up some letters to make it sound like it. i.e "Kuroa" is pronounced くろあ, not kro.
