@freber120 you shoot at a higher shutter speed just so that there's no motion blur- that's the secret. making sure that each frame is sharp will help Premiere's time mapping feature compose better looking "in-between" frames. just set the time mapping speed to 50% and premiere will automatically compose a frame between every other existing frame.
i tried to do a clip where i play it normal, then in reverse, then normal with part in slow mo n premiere seems to clip some part of the clip out
