Ok I'm about 25 seconds into the video and had to comment on that tone. There's a fair amount of room there but still, I'd love to know the signal chain on this. Is this the Orange or the Blackstar. Sounds huge.
I had already learned the intro part by ear a year ago. Love this tune. I had gotten it off itunes before you took it down to polish it up. Great lesson.
I'm gonna sign up for the backing track but I still bought the song. Lol. Great lesson thanks! I love it when you don't actually have to look at tabs and just get the shit from watching.
@RobChappers Hey Chappers, epic intro to the song! That "stinger" bend I think is called a "Unison" bend, but I think the "Stinger" sounds cooler. \m/
Chappers, Thank you so much for this lesson! Your main was very inspirational to me. After jamming with it for 20-30 mins I've a whole new song based around it.
Hey, I watched this quite old video about affordable guitars, which you showed the ESP EC-50 in. I currently have a Ibanez JS100 and I love it but tuning it is a pain, so would getting a EC-50 as a second guitar be a good idea? I'm looking for the 24 frets and something that can hold for example Drop B tuning or even Drop C which I have my Ibanez currently in?

Hey Chappers. As I've mentioned previously you've been a major influence behind my finally-getting-my-arse-into-gear-and-really-and-I-mean-REALLY-learning-to-play-the-guitar-at-40yo thing and this release is even going to see me buying a hard-tail guitar just so I can tune down and learn this song!
