It isn't a private server first of all... And the reason that they arn't the highest crits ever is because its in July of 08 which was Pre-WotLK...

if it's not a private server it's a public test realm, but most likely a private server because premades are no longer!

Look at her bags, all PTR bags, which you can get on private servers
