i think because of Winner's repuatation as being a bit of a womaniser in the past that people think that it means that he has zero respect for women which isn't entirely true as is witnessed in this clip. He did afterall back a charity and had a memorial constructed if I'm not mistaken for a female police officer who was killed in the line of duty. So like him or not he does have a human side and some admiration for women although perhaps it wasn't all the time.
