Yeah, Gordon had a pretty good career. He is just doing what Petty did now. Running with no chance at winning. Gordon is going to retire next year probably and it will be good to get a decent driver get in that car who can win in it. He did win 4 cups though and that is fairly decent.

Kenny had lost his ride with Sabates after the 1993 season, so he went back to the Busch Series for '94 and thus was available for the Cup events. However, he would return to Winston Cup later that year filling in for Ernie Irvan in the #28 Texaco Ford.

Wow, they knew that Jeff would eventually become one of the greatest and his career stats up to his point speaks for itself.
