Someone please explain to my why this is a big deal... didn't NASA do this 40 years ago? I was hoping for some newer technology that would be more efficient or something.
I wonder if they want to check how fine an astronaut do in a long-term living in 0,16G, why don't they build a rotational module or something for the ISS first, for instance?
