Put it in the back of ur mouth drink some water put ur head by ur knees then stand up straight and swallow it is really simple once u do that ( lol I learned that 2 days ago)

Cut them into piece, just put it in your mouth and pretend like its not there and just drink water, or practice small with little bits of food; my doctor had me practice with tic-tacs or M&m's :D

I used to be able to swallow them in 4th grade cuz i have to take adhd meds.

but when we amped up the dosage, it meant a bigger pill and i was only able to swallow it once.

ever since then i've had to take a capsule kind and pour the beads into apple sauce.

eating apple sauce will never be the same for me!!!

Why would it be ineffective? Isn't it the same? I mean like you still eat the whole pill right. That's weird. You can try crushing the pill in powder then have some water in your mouth and put the powder in your mouth and swallow it down quickly so you can't taste the bitter taste. I always get my dad to crush pills like panadol for me. Or I'll just simply cut them up into smaller portions myself. Hope that helps(:
