  • omfg Shaun with a Les Paul at 0:23 lol I've only seen him with Schecter guitars,it's sick to know he's played my favorite guitar on stage :)

  • like the acoustic version much more than the seether one, shaun is the best with just his voice and some acoustic, the e-guitar riffs in the seether version overlay it.

btw nice to c u answering almost all comments :D

  • i think you wont belive bat i had met a girl who hated the world and i have the same experiences like shaun morgan and i say life bites verry hard

  • Well I've as well been through a LOT of the things he sings so I believe you!

  • SEETHER IS AMAZING! MY FAVORITE BAND!

  • same here man. most of seethers songs relate to me somehow.

  • In South Africa (where I grew up too) people sing songs to entertain and inform people about life. I hope I never have to go through something like this, but I'm glad someone was willing to teach using their own pain. Seether rocks!

  • I agree..Shaun Morgans words are amazing. I've not found a song hes written that I can't connect to. South Africa seems like its pretty cool, I'm hoping to visit one day.

  • XD It almost sounds like a country song in the chorus...XD

  • LOL. Thats outrageously funny.

  • XD I had the urge to get up, dance in circles, and say "Swing your partner 'round and 'round..."

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

  • he has that haunting voice like kurt cobain

  • Haunting like Kurt but I don't think he sounds like Kurt much.

  • you should listen to some of hes the nirvana song he covers there hard to tell the differnce he is probably the closest to the same as kurt

  • i understand every song seether has. im so glad to have a song i can relate to and i can defnitley relate to this

  • I'm the same way. I relate to all their songs in a way. Great comment, thanks!

  • I must say, the live version is far superoir to the newer one, i fucking loved seether when they were saron gas, and even though they kinda went more commercial when they got big, there still fantastic, and this is their crown jewel

  • Hell yeah man. Saron Gas was a brilliant band. Songs like this one, senseless tragedy and so on are amazing. I think they still stick to what they love though so they haven't gotten bad like other bands.

  • i lived the life this song is about-i am so glad that i did not let it get to me like it did her-but now i am 53 ears old and i understand every lyric of this song and how it messs with your mind

  • Amazing man. I hope you're happier now and if so continue to be happy. I as well, though my life has been short so far, understand these lyrics. It's amazing how Shaun Morgan can write lyrics that people from different ages can connect to. Thanks for your comment.

  • you speled seather wrong lol

  • Uh..no..I didn't actually. Seether is spelled like that, not Se"a"ther. Theres two Es and no A, and if you don't believe me go to their official site. Also "speled" is spelled =)!

  • wow your a dick but that outhr guy is an r'tard

  • Eh..wasn't really trying to be a "dick"? Was just correcting his error. But hey, thats your opinion of someone you don't know.

  • i may think of calling somone a dick diffrently then you i was simply saying you sounded mean to the person

  • I wasn't trying to sound mean. I try to be as nice of a guy as I can. Not to mention when he posted that I laughed pretty hard.

  • yeah when i read it i laughted as well

  • You could love her if you pay, You could have her everyday. I love this song. Reminds me of a relationship I was in. I paid everyday, with my soul.

  • I hear ya. Been in many of those. It's such a great song.

  • Now they have a picture of the doll with a knife!!!

  • Candice The Ghost. There's a whole series of her drawn by the artist David Ho. It's awesome!

  • this is such a good song, know seether for a long time, discoverd 'saron gas' sins two weeks ago, lovin it, how could they not have used this stuff on a seether cd???

    it's awesome:P

  • I know right. I mean they used a large amount of Saron Gas songs, but left out some of the greats in my opinion.

  • yes yes yes ... Seether in london tonight !!!

  • Did you go? Was it good?

  • yes, it was not good .... it was fooking amazing lol

  • LOL, nice.

  • raw song

  • seether is a very...raw band not affected by nither media nor public opinion (might be the same in some eyes). I think that it sounds worse like this but it really amplifyes the meaning of the song which I think that is far more important for both seether and most of their fans. One of the best songs they (or anyone else for that matter) have ever made in my opinion.

  • I can see where you're coming from.

  • me? so then tell me where I'm from

  • O.o? I meant your comment and the statement you were making..not where you're actually from.

  • eh...so that was a good thing? I actually am from sweden so i didnt really understood what you meant. so eh hehe sorry...i guess

  • And here I thought this was a seether original ( I mean.. yea it sorta is. but I thought it was 1st recorded as seether)

  • Yeah, I as well was surprised when I found this.

  • bitanesin olm be yürü be...

    aMaZiNG aMaZiNG aMaZiNG

  • Absolutely!

  • Great Song...

    Seether Rocks!!!!

  • Hell yeah they do.

  • awesome song, awesome band

  • Hell yeah.

  • Another beautifully written song. Great band.

  • Mhm! In my opinion, one of the greatest bands around these days.

  • at 1:41 is that shaun playing bass?

  • Nah, thats Dale when he had longer hair.

  • but i got a question.

if they wrote "love her" when they were Saron Gas. Then how come this song's on Disclaimer II but not the 1st?

  • Not sure. Maybe they decided to add it on as a new song since they added a lot to Disclaimer II. Not sure!

  • Yes this is Seether. They were called Saron Gas in South Africa and changed their name to Seether when they moved to the US and joined Wind-Up records

  • 'namegoesherex' It's not a cover, on this video it's Seether playing!

  • haha i was like wow how does it sound exactly like seether. duhh =\ *sheepish grin*

  • that's a REALLY good cover of this song...

  • Lol, not a cover. This is the actual band back in like 99, 00 or so.

  • rain is fade away... not love her

  • Mhm? I never said "Rain" was "Love Her"?

  • guess u misunderstood Cal, he means that this song is played at the same concert where "Rain" that he uploaded is played. He didn't say that this song is "Rain"

  • Mhm, correct.

  • how do you modify a PS2 to play Seether songs on Guitar Hero?

Random, indeed..but curious minds want to play seether on guitar hero.

    Thanks for posting!

  • Not sure? I've tried a lot of the online versions where you can add songs, but they aren't as good, trust me. Anyway, thanks for comment!

  • this a great song

  • what a great song <33

  • agreed!

  • =]

Shaun is such an amazing musician

  • oohh hoh hoh hoo.. i found this...

much thanks CalPalVids for video... i m losing oneself when listen it. aMaZiNG aMaZiNG aMaZiNG.......

  • No prob! Yeah, it's easy to get lost in Shaun's lyrics.

  • Damn, this song is sad ;_; I love it though. Whenever I first got Disclaimer II I quickly fell in love with it. You're really cool, posting up rarities like this too :D

  • Hah, thanks! I try to find as many as I can. I'm prob going to put up "Blister" and "Innocence" soon. I really like this song too, plus it's fun to play on guitar.

  • I bet it is fun to play on guitar. Of course, I haven't gotten to play it yet because I want a place to put up my amp, and so over the past few days I've been breaking my back clearing out my room :p

    Merci beaucoup for the invite.
