This guy isn't that good. He double-shots with his BR, which is an exploit, which is cheating. Watch between 0:38 and 0:40. Watch his ammo as he unloads into the barrel just sitting there. The rate at which he fires is impossible within the mechanics of the game. And he kills a guy not a few seconds before that with a double-shot. I'm not impressed.
