I love hearing everyone bitching about how it looks like other games or is inspired by other games, most games aren't "original" they are imagined by playing other great games and taking the best parts of them and putting them together.. That's what developers do, and in my opinion this is more like the child of monster hunter and shadow of colossus, both excellent games

I like the look of this game and the combat looks amazing but I hope we can turn off the annoying "pawn" shouts. "Their kind hates ice and fire both!"

As for that run, I suppose someone built their female character with a male pose. You can choose the pose of your character and it changes how they stand and how their animations are like.

why do people continue to compare this game to dark souls? I've spent many hours on dark souls and at no point during the 2:51 "trailer?" did i get the sense that this game is like dark souls. It's not even close. What it does look like is dragon's age mixed with one small dash of shadows of colossus. Either way, it's a pass for me, but if you like it enjoy it i suppose.

@CupCakeAndMe A lot of footage has been taken from console, they either mention it or you tell thanks to movement and button prompts. And no, something like 15 fps is incredibly choppy. Saying something is incredibly choppy and yet stable also doesn't make sense either, incredibly choppy suggests the framerate ISN'T stable.

@Bondytheecliff I said link me, there's only one video with console footage and the lighting is virtually non-existent, and the shadows are incredibly bad and there is literally no AA. 30 fps is choppy, but that's what most consoles play at it can be stable and choppy. Face it, consoles are holding graphical advancement back with their 5 year old hardware.

Most movies and some TV shows are shot at around 24-25 FPS, yet you don't watch a film and sit there saying 'wow, the framerate is so choppy', because it's NOT. Same here. Of course, if you have something running at 60 FPS right next to something running at 30, you'll notice it. But you don't.

And developers don't have to have the PS3 or 360 as their lead consoles when making games, so that argument is irrelevant.
