How to do this if you have a performance-grade computer:

Set the game's graphics and resolution to the highest your computer can handle.

Download Fraps and run it while playing the game.

Fraps will literally destroy the framerate of the game, and you'll only be getting around 10FPS. While it will make the game run really slow, you'll be able to complete this mission with ease.

anyone who want to unlock all cars do this.enter free ride extreme.go in top right corner of oakwood you will see phone both at the curve to the left.left from phone both is is a house with dark blue doors.click action button near the door.then save the game.enter a free ride car selection.you will see that the all cars are unlocked.works 100%if correctly doned

my game must be bugged the explosions were going off way way faster on my game and after 20+ attempts not getting past the first corner i gave up.

I swear I did this mission successfully on my previous PC with reasonable framerates, 30 to 50. I mean, I didn't artificially lower FPS. I didn't pass the mission with first try, but eventually I did it. That was 4 or 5 years ago (damn, am iso old?..), but now I can't even make it through first corner. Could it be due to another game version?

How the hell did you do it? I hadn't been able to speed up before my car was destroyed. My highest speed was something around 35 mph. This is not enough to ride out the explosions.

Havent played this game for a long time, but there is a place called "Bertones sutoservice" I think when you play freeride then you should repair your car there!

Oh i just remembered! You car is fix automatically when you are passing trough map reload points. To the city or to the country side!

VIDEO EVGA GTX 260

man its work i run : flatout 2 + gta IV + fraps and recording = fps around 5-16 ( normaly 63 !!!!)

I case you dont know, all you have to do is set custom fps in fraps and start recording. No need to activate other games.

It is easy once you have limit your pc frame rate (FPS). Otherwise you have cheap computer that cant produce high frame rates.
