the frame rate for his camera is low, or the video on youtube is delayed for some reason (its happened to other videos ive seen as well), but the game is not laggy. i know because poongko only picks yellow-green matches cuz he hates lag. in fact he accidently pressed ready for a player match that was laggy once and he didnt stop complaining about it until the end of the match.
