Okay where the hell did Titanic come into the convo of an anime trailer. Anyways, Titanic 2 was not made by James Cameron. It was made by a studio that is known to make crappy remakes or sequels with low budgets ripping off big Hollywood blockbusters. Only go see them if you enjoy low budget B movies. James Cameron nor hollywood has nothing to do with crappy sequels or Low budget remakes. Remember, Assuming makes an Ass out of you and me.

I'm a little excited to see what this movie will be like, but I reserve all judgment until I at least see a trailer. That being said, I really hope it's better than decent because the last movie I decided to go see with my Dad was a less than exciting experience to say the least.

@BSbrian experience has shown that if you leave him on his own and give him too much control he will screw it up, well Avatar was a sucess but that doesnt make it a good movie.
But its like that always no one should have all the control while making a movie it should be a project of multiple peoples decisions. That's why the old Star Wars movies are good and the new bad for example.
Cameron, Spielberg and Zemekis are too busy playing with their new toys to realise that their movies are just shit stories with SFX. The only thing James Cameron has done in the last 15 years is add the (now typical) "3D" appendage to every fuckin' movie released. Jim Cameron can kiss my ass in 3D.
I have the original Japanese anime on VHS, and discovered the manga (where "Alita" is named "Gally" BTW). The anime only covers the first two volumes of at least 12 volumes in total.

Titanic 2: Uprising........ I couldn't agree more. James Cameron doesn't make flops. It just doesn't happen. I'm extremely interested to see Avatar. It looks utterly amazing. Well, something tells me they aren't going to do a sequel to Titanic, and the Alien franchise does not belong to Cameron as it wasn't his creation in the first place. Ridley Scott wrote and directed the first Alien; Cameron just followed it up. As for Terminator being raped, well, it's his own fault for allowing a license to use his original subject material and for it and such liberties to be taken with the idea. The studios have carte blanch anyway.
I agree. As much as I love Cameron, I will always have animosity in my heart for him selling the rights to the terminator franchise. I still want to find what he had planned for terminator 3, as he had a script in the works around the time he made T2 3D.

What was so bad about T2? The main characters: Edward Furlong and Schwarzenegger. A 16 year old young man speaking as if he were a 4 year old saying to a robot "you can't kill" robot: "why not?" edward furlong: "because you just can't, now let's pinky swear you won't kill anyone". That was so contrived and stupid. terrible writing.

Last year they released a film called Titanic 2 set in a fictional 2012 where the new Titanic 2 has been build and sails from New York to Southampton the opposite route of the first ship, and of course it has the same fate as the original and the story is pretty much the same all over again it totally sucks but i think you can find it somewhere on youtube

I am a pretty big anime/manga geek and I gotta tell you, this is by far the best manga I have read. great character development n story moves fairly quickly. Awesome combat, drama, n philosophical thought. i truly admire this story. never bothered to look up the anime and i finally came across it. Gotta tell u, manga is best! the anime moves too fast 4my taste.

P.S. Think about it... A "True master of Panzer Kunst" would not have been defeated by a Gezere-class Künstler who lost most of her memory of training on Mars.
