what i see is the steel crumple zone compressing and the roof line holding it's shape, which means this car is very safe, especially for a coupe. American cars use a lot more cheaply made plastic than this car.

shows the driveshaft, transmition, as well as the break lines and fuel lines for leaks. I assume that a fuel leak in such controled setting would be a major downgrade for innsurance b/c it is SUPER expensive to clean up. It also probably looks for crumpling in the passenger compartment. I am no expert, those are just my guesses from what I know about cars.
